Dear concern person,
The drainage system is blocked and drainage water is flowing on roads. Each day I saw people of who lived here fight to each other. If there will be proper drainage then no fights, no quarrels between people. We complained to the parshad ward no 75 also but still no solution. I hope this time I will get the solution of the problem.

I had placed an order for a cake and card on 21st Nov’16 to be delivered on 22nd Nov’16. It was a prepaid order for Rs 1029.
The order did not reach the delivery address and now the company claims to have delivered it without any written/signed proof. They claim to have a recorded conversation with the recipient confirming that the order is delivered. The recipient is my father and I know for a fact that the product was not delivered on the required date or later. They have no signed receipt for acceptance of the product and are citing a telephonic confirmation as a proof which they are not providing us for reference.
My father, the recipient had received a call and had told them that he has not received the product. They did not let him complete and disconnected. They now claim to have made 2 calls where my father has confirmed the delivery. This looks like a case of fraud to me.
They deny to process the refund of the order and are not resolving the issue. I do want to attach the email trail but I don’t see any provision. If someone reaches out to me, I can surely attach the email chain.

Complaint Details:
I had registered with Uber for cab services and added money to Paytm for payment. But now mainly after the demonetisation unable to login or book a cab even if I am able to login, No response to my complaints. I am unable to understand how a company is allowed to run without a customer care contact/phone number or email id to communicate directly. I have attached the screen shots of error I get while trying to login. May I request to look into the matter and get me some solution from Uber. I want to deactive the account with them and stop using their services.

Bank, Purulia, West Bengal & the same has been duly acknowledged by
Canara Bank, Purulia, West Bengal on 13/07/2016. But no pension
amount has so far been credited to my Pension A/c No. 4014101003226 held at Canara Bank, ADRA Branch. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful please to release my pension at the earliest. I have done my flight ticket booking through IRCTC, and i have cancelled that, for the same they have to refund me around 1200 rupees, and it was happened in august month, I had contacted them many times through mail and through telephone costumer care number, they are not responding properly they even not worried about costumer time and patience and importance, they are behaving a as irresponsible employees, its because of that they do not have any higher level monitoring, every thing is going under costumer care employees only, so all they are very unacknowledged guys, and I think its a private organization, but they are behaving like worst then public organization employees, this is completely expressing their monopoly I ticket booking, Here i am requesting Mr. Suresh prabhu or Railway ministry (i don’t know it will be viewed by them or not) but please eliminate this type of mono ruling in public sectors.

I tried to contact with the salesman from whom I have opened my account but he is giving me false promises everyday. Now a days he is not picking my calls. These is the worst service i have ever had from any support services, uber is big time fraud website and there support services are worthless they deactivated my account saying that some other is using my mobile number, how can some other person can use my mobile number and before uber team deactivating the account i have raised complaint regarding debit on my balance which was in account, they haven’t gave any solution to issues why amount got debited and they have asked to contact paytm, however even paytm is worthless they have raised a complaint on this however haven’t got reply from paytm too, these both websites are looting and scamming people …
Can any one has direct contact to uber where we can blast the team sitting their giving the worst service and making people irritate by giving senseless reply to customers …

I have claimed my Xiomi mi4i mobile liquid damage insurance on July, 2016 through Oneassist india. but after many days they are not responding to my claim and every time they just tell me that your claim is under process. so after all, i cancelled my request and close that claim without repair of my handset on 27 Sep 2016. But whenever i call to oneassist customer care they ask me that we are tracking your handset and we will update you soon. i contact oneassist through twitter also but every time they just give their uniform answer “We sincerely regret the inconvenience. My order number 81256, the product got repaired in the very first day after unboxing, it worked well initially for 15mins, then stopped working, i hav premium warranty, i registered a complaint yesterday too, still no response, i feel like returning the product …contact me asap _ the product costs 4300 rs and it falls repair the very first day …and why does all the contact phone numbers of bajaoo say wrong number ?? check on that too !
