Complaint Details:
I had bought syska gadget secure insurance for my mobile s7 edge.
Unfortunately my mobile got damaged and i lodged a complaint 02NOV They ask me to wait for 48 hrs as per syska agent he advise that will get claim approval call but we did not receive any call later on i spoke to few of tl and supervisor they are more worst than agent on 08nov they ask me to send docs by courier and it did that task on very same day being as customer i did all work on time but dont receive docs till 20Nov every time they ask to wait for 48 hrs .But as per courier company they deliver it on 11nov .finally after calling toll free no couple time I made so many complaint and request to pick my handset finally they got it picked on 24nov and its in service center but they dont start their work as they need complaint from syska yesterday i cal them they ask to wait agin as per Samsung being as premium customer they repair phnoe with 2 to 03days but as per insurance i dont know how much time they will take to give my phone back in good condition.
No one seems to be bothered.
Very unprofessional company.
Pathetic customer service.
Can someone do some thing it almost more than month i am chasing syska .really pissed

Complaint Details:
I have submitted a cheque issued in my name by Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. (Branch : Mumbai), payable as par HSBC bank in India. I have put the cheque in the SBI, Porompat Branch (Manipur, IFSC: SBIN0011626)Drop Box on 10th Nov 2016 along with a deposit slip containing my account details. It has been 15days since I have submitted the cheque, but the amount has not been reflected on my local account.
I have also given a written complain to Branch Manageron 21st Nov 2016, response of which is still pending
Please help me out. This delay is making me worried.

Complaint Details:
I have ordered Hi5 seating recliner from Snapdeal on Oct 7 th 2016 for around 12000/-, and I got it delivered on Oct 29th 2016,
The received product is not functioning so asked for repair and they said repair Is not possible and has to be returned. They arranged pickup through Vulcan couriers and picked the product on 14 th Nov 2016 .
But till date the status itself is not been updated and refunded is not been processed . I contacted the customer care ten times regarding the issue and their service is worst . Moreover they say that pickup is unsuccessful for which I have shown the acknowledgement given by pickup person and still they say the same .
From last two months my hard earned money got stuck with them and I don’t know why they are not processing.

I buyed Toshiba 2 tb external hard drive but received stone and ganeshjis idol in inner patel no answer by flipkart person and return request filled is cancelled automatically none of the flipkart executive is replying for same please help me while calling they says that we are escalating complaint but afterwards the complaint is cancelled automatically from their side no reply please check urgently as the product is worth rs 5999 and my money is already taken by them

I wanted to make online payment of my gas cylinder however distributor has not registered for online payment option. When I click on pay online it gives messages that “Online payment system is not available for this distributor”. This is causing inconvenience to customers as due to demonetization there is problem of lower currency notes. PM is encouraging for digitalization and such distributors are not following great leaders initiatives. Hope immediate action will be taken on this.

Scam or fraud: Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola Cabs Payment Methods

Ola Cabs- CRN no. 474060013. Prior to the booking on morning of 30.11.2016, I called customer care and registered my credit card for ease of payment. Thereafter, I booked a ride on the app on the same morning. There were no pop-ups or options immediately evident to show that i had to CHOOSE a mode of payment. At the end of the ride, I was informed that I had to pay by cash (which I did not have). Then Customer care informed me that I have the option of loading money on Ola Money. After doing this, the customer care informed me that the Ola Money will only be credited AFTER 24 hours and only then can it be used. The matter was sorted out eventually by telling me that the Ola Money would be given to the driver after 24 hours. (the driver, Rohan, incidentally, was quite courteous and helpful). I spent nearly 20 minutes getting this sorted out- which defeated the purpose of taking a cab in the first place.
The point here, is that : (1) the app is not user-friendly (2) It does not offer evident options (such as default option of my registered credit card) (3) the drivers need to inform the customer of the possible options. I am so glad I did not succumb to putting in more money than my fare in Ola Money. I am deleting the app. I trust our black-and-yellow cabs and BEST buses more after this incident of “perceived” convenience.

Channel named Smart Active manager has been activate in my tata sky set of box bearing id. no.1097353344 yesterday without my consent.And i came to know through message that i will be charged ₹10 per day for that perticular package which i never subscribe.I m a poor farmer, how can pay pay such huge bill.so plse kindly De activated the said Smart Active Manager channel immediately and intimate me through my RMN 9402851116.I don’t have email id.

I have been using Airtel broadband and landline for more than 4 year now. my fixedline number is 08041573918. request number is 75791434. we shifted to a new place. I called the customer care so that the relocation can be done in time. Since then no one responsing to me. The relocation is simply between 1km and already 6th day. I have been calling these guys for so long. The customer care service is simply PATHETIC. They attend your calls and giving different reason. and i told i don’t want airtel connection still customer care people simply telling me again to wait for some days to connection done. poor service i don’t want airtel plss disconnect my connection.

I am no more using Airtel and switching to another network which provides better service.

I really did not expect this from Airtel. The standard/reputation they have, the customer care service is simply taking it down.

Dear sir, i would like to tell about the poor Service provided to senior citizen, on asking for pension life certificate form, staff did not have the approprate form and it took 3 hrs to get the form for filling, staff at Nacharam branch r pretending to work as if they are busy, inspite of all efforts by staff still all pending all long lines, they wantedly work slow and make every customer suffer, i went to manager asking for form in reply said he does not have, only one substaff is having that to he is not available. I kindly request u to check they day to day work, how much work the staff has done the work in how much time, lot of big line for deposits, exchange, only one counter in operation no extra person has been alloted, one can stop FD counter and put that staff to help on exchange, deposit but this does not happen. please monitor the work of staff, as they is lot of politics on allocation of work, near a dear will get less strainful work where as others who r straight forward will get youge work. do take action before its to late.
