Scam or fraud: Samsung India — Note 5 gold display given for repair

Dear sir,
I have given my note 5 which I have bought on 28/12/2015 at service centre in Nashik(Maharashtra) on 19/12/2016 for display replacement with job number 4225625392. My serial number is RZ8G90AX98E. I enquired about the status of my repair on 22/11/2016 at the centre they replied the part has been ordered from their side and you have to wait for 2 to 3 days. I contacted on 25/11/2016 but got the same reply from their side. On 29/11/2016 I enquired again at that time they said they don’t have any information of the part and you call toll free number for more information. On the same day I called customer care toll free number and to my surprise they also were not aware about the status. I talked with four executives and all of them had different reply on my enquiry. Finally the fourth executive named Gaurav told me that the part has already being delivered on 28/11/2016 at 6.28pm. Later to cross check him.. I went to the local service centre who still had part pending as a status with them. After repeated asking the main head of the centre told me that the part is being shown as alloted in the status and it might be in the courier lot they have received in the morning, or else it might come in lot after 2 to 3 days. Call the centre tomorrow to know the status. The most disappointing thing what he said was that even if the part is received we have to check it for defect as the gold display parts are available in less quantity so there are chances of defect. And if they find the part defective they will again sent it back to warehouse.. and he said I will have to wait again for some days till they get the new part again which he was not sure as parts are in shortage for gold display of note 5 . And when I asked if I could know if the part which in case they receive was defective then he said I could not know it and I will only see in tracking as part is being allotted. I am very disappointed by this kinda service from Samsung. I want a refund for this kind of things from Samsung as it is already 14 days and still there is no clarity if I would get my note 5 repaired.

Scam or fraud: Honda Cars India Ltd. — Brake system in Honda City- Manufacturing Defect

I purchased the car in April and since then the brake system of the car is pathetic and noisy. From the day 1 I am chasing the Honda people to resolve the issue but it never happened. And now they have agreed that this is the manufacturing defect in the brake system of the car and need to replace the part. Considering that this is a prestigious company so why would I drive the defected vehicle. I request to take strict actions and get the car replaces ASAP. Also I will ask my relatives and friends to not to go for Honda as these issue will never go off.

Dear concerned,

This is regarding my EMI card being blocked permanently without any prior notice and inspite of no EMI bounce & available credit balance. My last purchase with the same EMI card was on September 2016 of rs 10000 approx. I tried to use the card to purchase a mobile on 29th november 2016 but the BFL executive told that my card was blocked. Next i called the customer care centre and the automated voice told me that my card was permanently blocked. Kindly activate/unblock my card asap since there is no fault or due emi from my side. Also kindly explain the reason for blocking my card where i am a customer for last 2.5 years, is this the way you treate your loyal customers.

I would like to highlight an issue regarding a booking & cancellation through an agent to Kallada travels Trivandrum .I was booked my ticket on 26th November 2016 my booking Reference Number FMN1Y60DJU Named Daniel John age 57&P.O Daniel aged 87 from Trivandrum to Kalpetta Wynad PNR Number OVIA 14813
Also made a return booking from Kalpetta to Trivandrum on 28th Named Daniel John age 57 November Reference number FMN1YR5NV67 PNR OVIA 14812
Unfortunately my father was admitted in the hospital on 26l11/2016 17:24 on Swanthna Hosptal Ambalamukku Perrokada Trivandrum then I have to cancelled the booking due to hospitalisation
The same day evening (26th) I was send mail to the agent for cancellation of my both bookings with details and send messages to their mobile
The next day went to the agent for refund cancelled ticket which I purchased

Fare Amount for booking through Kallada Travels Rs 800 per person direct purchase
Fare Amount for booking through agent Rs 2006 for 2 people from Trivandrum to Kalpetta Wynad
Fare Amount for booking through agent Rs 1006 from Kalpetta to Trivandrum
Refund money which given to me that Rs 425+506=931
Total I was lost Rs 2006+1006 =3012-931= RS 2081
The refund which is given is not acceptable so please inform the travels and get clarification about the Refund Amount which is given to me

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ‘40001387 DP CHGS TILL OCT-16′—- INR 805.00’.

At the time of opening the Saving account i had requested only for savings and current account. And that time ICICI representative told me that demat account is free of cost and it will never be charged.

I have not used this demat account a single time. In fact i was not knowing that i have a demat account with ICICI bank. Today only i have come to know that i have a demat account with ICICI bank. this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

Dear sir,

As per the discussions i’d with your Executive MANJUSHA that she’s supposed told that the 476 rs which was charged was as per pro tariff. But coming to booster pack 250rs of 1gb consumption i’d used 600mb only and the remaining 400mb expired.

As per your regulations regarding dialer tunes or other vas services your service persons will continuously calls/notices us that the pack is going to expire please recharge. But when i’s ported why these people not informed/noticed regarding the expired 400mb.

Who’ll be responsible for this and however i request you to credit this 400mb or amount for this consumption through present service provider(Vodafone) or else.

Dear Sir/Mam,
We have purchased an HERO DUET motorcycle from the dealer SUGUNA AUTOMOBILES, NO4, MUNUSAMY GARDEN STREET, AVINASHI ROAD, COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU ON 28.04.2016.DEALER CODE 10133.
We have left the said vehicle bearing the registration number TN 66 S 1482 at the dealer T.K.T.MOTORS, PALLADAM ROAD, TIRUPUR, TAMILNADU as complaining that the battery is going down and we were not able to use the starter. We left the vehicle for service on 29.11.2016, a guy from the above said dealer called us on 30.11.2016 from the mobile number 9750353000 and informed us that the battery has dead and it has to be changed at the cost of Rs 1500.00.
Then, we asked him that why should we pay while the battery is in warranty?. He replied that they will replace the EXIDE make batteries only in warranty and not the AMCO battery which is in our vehicle. While purchasing the bike we din’t mention any make of battery to be fixed in our bike, and we believe and have faith on the brand HERO only and expect the warranty for battery for one year without bothering of battery’s make as we look the warranty for whole HERO bike.
NOTE: We have purchased 12 HERO motorcycles from SUGUNA AUTOMOBILES for our company in the name of ORION AIR CONDITIONERS.
If this is the response from the service dealer side how and why should we go back and recommend HERO MOTORCYCLE???????. Please get back to us immediately regarding this issue.

On 2nd of May I received a call from your office that I have won bajaj motor cycle in Idea season 8 contest. Thereafter, I completed all the formalities. Then I was asked to sent a demand draft of ₹12900/- and I sent a demand draft of ₹12900/- to your office in 10th of August. Thereafter, I again and again contacted your office through Email and on 14th October I received the following message:

“We are raising the PO to the vendor we will confirm once it is done.”

Thereafter, no response from your office has been received. Kindly look into the matter.
