JUSTDIAL is a fraud company. They make false promises and tell all lies how you will get a lot of business and who we will grow. Representatives that visit are trained to lie.
The marketing rep told me that if i am not satisfied with the service i can discontinue immediately without any problem.
And now that I an not satisfied at all with justdial services, they say now i have to give them 3 months notice and also my advance will not be refunded.
This is how JUST DIAL robs us of our money.

Four times became defective with multiple faults. Still at service centre . No response. Such services from a reputed company give bad image in the market.

I had travelled via ola cabs, car no. Ending 7067 from airport to indirapuram. On our way back, our driver requested us to pay via cash as it is difficult for them to withdraw through ola.money. so, i made the payment to him in cash. As my data pack was not wrking i coukd not check the notification sent by ola that the payment has been deducted. Via ola money. Now, when we are calling ola cabs, the driver is refusing that the payment was made in cash and even ola as c a company is saying that they cant help us in dis matter. Please let us know what can be done

what a poor & inferior quality of service from air tell consumer grievances portal, i have been trying since yesterday at least 20 times for my grievances regarding prepaid recharging of my mobile card mobile no.9892471736.I recharged of rs.270/-on dated 29/11/2016 & rs.29/-&on 30/11/2016.But money being debited but my card not recharged.The whole system siphoning money of customers.All this due to present governments decision on on line cashless transactions.Now air tell has deprived/deceived me to rs.300/-of recharging on online.Who will believe on line transaction from such fraudulent business.Even customer care/air tell do not bother about grievances.All untrained staff recruited every where in mobile galaries.

This institute provide me placement in a tech support company as an HR, But that company doesn’t require HR . After 1 month I feel that in that company where they provide me placement there is no work for HR .
after 1.5 month without any prior information the director of the company told me that they don’t need HR.
They only provide me salary for 20 days and for rest 17 days of salary they denied and refuse to give salary .

In wisdom for the placement Mr. Rudraksh told me to pay submit 3, 350 Rs which include (1350 for training + 2000 security fee ) I pay them 2, 600 Rs .
Neha Rawatb Sharma, Rudraksh wife told me that 2000 Rs will be refunded back to you after 2 months of joining now both the company directors and Mr. Rudraksh not ready to give any explanation, I waste my 2 month in that company . the company is not giving me salary for rest 17 days and Mr rudraksh also refuse to refund that 2000 Rs which I paid to them .
Mr Rudraksh always disconnect my call and when I call him with different Number then he said that he just provide placement to the candidate for 1 month and not ready to give me the money back.

Bankers are trying to do theirs best, working overtime under pressure AND TRIMENDOUS TENTION BUT FOR THE MEAGRE SUPPLY OF NEW NOTES TO THEM.PUBLIC ANGER IS MOUNTING…

Dear Team,

Its my 3rd complain regarding Vodafone operator in 2016.
Kindly note that on my number 7827271839 is outgoing barred due to MNP non payment.My number ported Vodafone delhi to Docomo Karnataka on 30 sep.
I paid unbilled amount approx Rs.2500 before porting but now outgoing is barred and vodafone executive said that paying first previous amount of Rs.821.

If amount is not paid then why did they guys ported my number??

Please resolve this issue and feed back me.

This Parag Shripat Shende.Proposal no 1200040488122.My prosopal was rated up after asking so much documents. I didn’t continue with rated proposal and cancelled my proposal. Hdfc life committed me to give refund within 10 days.Refund processed on 12.11.2016 but failed to credit due to technical reason.I have provided fresh NEFT mandate with account statement .But till date I didn’t get confirmation regarding refund process.

Scam or fraud: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Extremely discourteous employee

I had lodged a complaint, through their automated phone service, regarding non functioning of our landline on Monday, 28th November 2016.

After many reminders, finally an MTNL employee can home to check the phone.

I would like to place on record that the very poor behavior of the employee. My wife was alone at home and apparently he took advantage of the same and was behaving very rudely with her, which is most unbecoming of a government employee.

I can provide an authorised representative the details of complaint and I would like somebody to investigate the same immediately to ensure that the person who visited our office is immediate bought to books.

Looking forward to urgent redressal of my complaint.
