Scam or fraud: Micromax Informatics — Mobile Phone – Given for Repair – Service Center Closed

Complaint Details:
I would like to bring to your notice that I had given my mobile for repairing in Dec 2015 (one year back) under warranty as it had display issue. I did not receive the phone and the service center (Kavya Enterprise, Pune) was ultimately closed. After few months the service center opened again and when i enquired about my phone they said they have received a damaged phone from Micromax and I can collect the same if I wish to take. I did not accept the phone. I lodged a call with your call center in Sep 2016 and so far I have not got my phone nor any time bound assurance.

The departmental store at Thippasandra is not at all customer friendly. The staffs are arrogant and facilities are bare minimum. During peak hours and evening they work only one counter. Forget about variety, there are more products ‘not available’ than available including your own products. There is no parking space. Employees are ill trained. Resolving the issue is your problem, since many of my friends have faced similar issues.

Mr. Bitan Basu Roychowdhury with acc.no 4548001500054370 (Branch: Sec 5, Salt Lake, kolkata) has tried to add money in paytm via this bank account. The transaction was shown failed but the money has been debited from bank. It has been about 10 days from the transaction date.The debited values of money are rupees 1300 and 100 respectively. The incident was on 20th November, 2016. Please do take care. Thank you.

I am having an acount in your bank with CC account no.33239945903 and the cash had been deposited through your voucher for the amount of Rs.15 lakh on 17-11-16 and the same has been credited in another account no.30790142372.
After complaining with deposit voucher slip with the bank they have transfered the amount in the said above account no.33239945903. But they are crediting on 30-11-16 and the interest for the cc account will be debited from my account from the period 17-11-16 to 30-11-16.
so please do the needfull to avoid my extra interest charged by the bank.

We have been associated with bank since last 4 years. The service provided by this bank specially in hanumantekdi branch is worst. The staff is non cooperative.

Our edc machine is not working from past 1 week effecting our business very badly, We have been facing lot of problems and thus losing on business. Even the customer care no’s. are not working. Its better to shift to other bankers for your service. Its my sincere advice to fellow indians please don’t choose axis bank as your preferred bank especially hanumantekdi branch, Hyderabad.

I found the damage mobile with the Corer Blue Dart and return back to company but as compay said that the replacement will made within week we send courer on 02-11-2016 but on 30-11-2016 not received any feed back with company and not gave satisfactory answer so plz take some action that they gave me my mobile phone and a satifactory answer plz.

Its is to inform you that our colony, (MIG DDA Flats East of loni Road Near Golchakkar 110093 Delhi) is suffering from several attacts of Steet Dogs from last few weaks, The dogs are seems to be infected and they have skin diseases. The continous barking at night by several dogs at a same time make it very uncomfertable to sleep and scary. we there fore request to kindly take propper action by catching those street dogs as soon as possible.

Scam or fraud: Indigo Airlines — Supervisory acted with absurdity

I was with baggage exceeding 15 kgs, had to pay for the excess. First I waited for 10 mins just for the amount to be paid then I went to 2nd last counter to pay as usual nobody was present. Again waited for 15 mins, went to other staff to atleast take payment and take my baggage. Only 10 mins was left to boarding time and as requested to supervisor she just spoke with utter arrogance as I am a beggar begging to let me board in. She just ignored talking to me and continously I was requesting her that time is passing away take payment and let me board. she just didnt responded and I missed boarding time. even after that none of the staff bothered. They did it purposely as I was flying just 2nd time and then I had to buy a ticket for the next flight and then suddenly there is staff on the cash counter. So money specific they are. If this is the service there isn’t any difference between Indigo and any other airlines. I bought Indigo tickets paying higher as I thought the service would be best as I am not a frequent flier. Heights of absurdity. Never will I fly with Indigo. better travel by train. NEVER GO with INDIGO
