I purchased 12V 7Ah amaron battery from Jorhat, Assam dated 05 Aug 2013.
Warranty-48 months
Now on date 01 Nov 2016 it became useless (not holding charge) within 36 months.
Now I am in Amritsar, Punjab where there is no Amaron Service Centre.
What can I do?
Company decieves customers.
Company manufactures products in such a manner that products never perform well beyond warranty or guarantee period and company befools the customer to roam here and there so that it may cross the warranty period and minimize company service load.

Phone was stolen, sims was blocked, police complaint was registered. All necessary documents submitted to office in hyd. Was told that intimation no. Will be sent via sms in 15 days, no sms was received, when i checked on website with invoice no. And imei, i got to know the intimation no. .please intimate the details to my e-mail or mobile.

A parcel was booked through first flight courier in my name vide consignment number F94301467031 on 22/11/2016. Today is 01/12/2016 but they have not delivered my parcel. I wrote several email but no response from company. Worst service.
Parcel was booked from Udipi to New Delhi. Since last 11 days, status is dispatched from Udipi. I called delhi office but no response from them. I am suffering loss.please help resolve the complaints.

Subscribed to TOI yearly subscription. I had shifted to a new address on 23oct, 2016. And from then I have been following up to get the paper delivered to new address. At the time of subscription vendor told me it will done in a week’s. Your customer care promised it will be done by 16nov.Super harrassment by tour team and their pathetic service. Nothing other than stupid apologies and fake replies I have recieved till date.

Bought a lehnga from indiarush of 3030.the product quality is very very poor.they arent providing refund in my bank account.they are saying to redeem money as cashpoint points..they cant force customers..such poor customer service isnt seen such days.this will totally degrade the site.Now i want refund in my bank account and not as indiarush cashback points.please help.

It’s been above 15days that I returned my iPhone. And I didn’t get the refund yet. I have contacted customer service a several times and each time the guys answered saying the refund is initiated and I will get it within 2-4days. Today right now I contacted the customer service again and found out that the refund hasn’t been initiated yet. So please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

Can’t making any ISD call though i have enough money and i have recharged the ISD promo pack.i can make local call now.but there is a problem in making ISD call.i have called your customer care, they suggested me to restart the mobile and to insert my sim card into another handset.bt neither of this are working.they told me to wait for 20 – 30 minutes bt there is prblm still now.please help me as soon as possible

In this India’s current currency problem customers face a lot of problems. on 28.11.2016 at TTPS branch more than eighty customers are in one Que. I represent Manager to operate one more counter. He refused. On that day they operate only one counter for receipts and issue. No tokens were issued to cutomers. After one hour they operate one more counter. In TTPS there are 3000 employes are working. This Branch is only for TTPS. The Branch manager has suitabily instructed.

Scam or fraud: Motorola Mobility — Worst mobile phone service ever

I want to complaint for Motorola service. I bought Moto X Style through flipkart. But only after 4 months the touchscreen was acting weirdly, sometimes it was unresponsive and sometimes it works on its own.
So, I went to an authorized service center in Varanasi, U.P. Which is handled by Friends Collection (a third-Party service center). They told me that the touchscreen is damaged an it needs to be changed.
I left my cellphone there for repair on 3/10/2016. And they told me that it will take about two weeks. After two weeks, I called them but they told me to wait for two more weeks because the part hasn’t arrived in Varanasi. Then after four weeks they again told me to wait. So, I called on Motorola Customer Care Number (1-800-102-2344) for some help, they wrote my complaint and told me to wait till 18/11/2016. On 18/11/2016 instead of cellphone I got another date (2/12/2016).
And also, the representatives at their call centers doesn’t know anything, they all just use delaying tactics. Never had such an experience with any company.
Now it’s almost two months but I still don’t have my cellphone. I bought a flagship for 30K and I am getting this type of feedback, I just can’t imagine about what happen to those customers who bought lower end cellphones.
