Complaint Details:
I had placed an order in 29 October on Yepme order no 32738015. However I had subsequently cancelled the order but amount had been deducted from my partner wallet. I had been following up for the refund from Yepme on several occasions and each time they just say there is a issue in refunding and it will be resolved soom. There normal policy to refund is 14 to 21 days which is itself pretty late. However, in my case it’s been over a month and I have not received refund. Other problem is it’s too difficult to contact them and it takes hours on phone to get connected which means there are only 1person in customer care. It had been totally disappointed service that they provide. can my issue be resolved.

branch no. 4141 ( fertilizer f.C. – 2489, odisha) on dated 09-05-2016, but yet till today – 01-12-2016 the above account no. Not received by the branch code – 4141.

I have again & again request both the branch but no body can reply me .
Even i request the regional manager, he also not taken for the same.

Even i can not deposit in rd account last which laying since feb. 2016

so, please take the necessary action so that my account no is transfer to the branch code no. 4141

(Emergency spare for generator) is still lying at chennai hub for the last 5 days., reason unknown. Please deliver the cargo immediatly. Due to this we are suffering and facing huge losses.This is totally unacceptable and not expected from a reputed organisation like DTDC.

I am facing network problems with my WIFI since friday. The network
works ok for about 5-10 min and then again creatse problem. I had to shut
down and restart the device number of time and still the problem remained
same. Tried calling customer care number but could not connect to it.
Pl resolve asap before today evening.

I really want to close this connection as i am highly dis- satisfied by the service provided by you people. Firstly it took 4 days for the customer care personnel to call and talk to me for arranging engineer, then the the engineer assigned to me did not visit my place saying the area is not under the consigned personnel. Again a day went without solving the problem. in addition to this i had to make number of calls for updation.
KINDLY ARRANGE A PERSON TO TAKE OFF THE UNIT AND STOP MY CONNECTION. IT WOULD BE EASY FOR ME TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAN TO KEEP ON WAITING FOR ACTIONS FOR 6 DAYS

I want to refund an mi 20000 Mah powerbank which is not original its a cheap replica of it, which have charging issues from the day i got it.i called customer care but they say they have noted my number and will call me back.but no call nor any response yet.this is a cheap company and selling duplicate products they allure the customers by mailing them the offers and free shipping and when you finally fet your hands on product you will feel that you have been scammed by a duplicate product.never buy from this site.

Sir, i have booked ticket on Rajdhani and the ticket was in Waiting list, when i tried to board on train then TTE denied then i go to ticket counter for cancell the ticket but they also refuse it, there is rule they said that ticket should be cancelled before half hour before departure, yes it is but problem is that waiting list passenger why cant board on train and if he is denied to do so then why ticket cant be cancelled if ticket is on waiting list, i can bear this but how can poor, uneducated people can understand this?
