Hi,
I have bought Bolero in the year 2015. Afterward every year as per the cycle, we are getting our vehicle serviced from authorized center in Delhi. on 26th July 2018, Vehicle have suddenly stopped cooling and motor fan have also stopped. later found that Part nos 1801AU300730-wiring harness engine is faulty. Can you please share the warranty and guarantee of this part. as mechanic has shared an estimation of 50, 000/- for replacement.

Follow on complaint (#71134) renault Kwid amt engine stoppage
Dear Renault,
I have raised my complaint of Renault Kwid engine stoppage in 6th july18 (complaint number #71134).So far no action been made from your end . You guys are simply telling to forward the personal detail to contact us . It’s really a name sake since there is no firm action taking place . I have shared all my requested details already but no update so far, at the end saying to contact nearest service Centre only and the joke is those service Centre team only refused the rectification and charging me 80000 Rs as cost to pay, a new engine cost . Now I understood that by seeing the below complaints there are alots of costumers same like me facing engine stoppage on Kwid AMT varienent while the car is in running condition . We need a concrete solution from Renault to end this . We are expecting a call back from Renault for the AMT model Kwid from the costumers and rectify the defect forever as this is the first and foremost thing to be done by Renault for costumer satisfaction

SWIPEMART representative called in the month of Jan’2018 informing me that I have got selected for a prize (i.e Laptop, iphone, , etc), for which i need to buy a product. I ordered for the product and after 15 days they started calling and informing that you have got an iphone and for claiming that gift you need to pay an amount as service charge, then it came as courier charges, followed by other charges. They have already charged me 80, 000/- (appx) and when I’m asking them to cancel my process and refund the amount. The reply from their side is “It will take another 6 months to process”. Now they are not reverting to calls and mails towards my process for refund.
