I booked a single lower berth for my journey. They canceled the bus and changed the berth without my consent. They gave me an upper double berth to be shared with other passenger. There is a difference of fare between single berth and lower berth. The staff were rude when I asked to resolve the issue. I called customer care number too, even they didn’t show any concern

Hi, I am residing at below given address. There are so many street dogs entering in our society premises and making nuisance by barking and running here there. making all premises shabby. and now the dog has given birth to 5-6 puppies. they keep crying the entire day and night . It has become difficult to sleep also .Please send your squad and pick them ups. It is becoming difficult to walk in our society premises with kids also.

Scam or fraud: Tata Sky — Validity is about 10 months instead of 1 year

My package was due for renewal on 3.12.16.I got many sms & emails for depositing RS 4565/ to renew for 1 year to get benifit of 1 months charges.Then I called cust.care. They explained that 1yr charges will be 4980@415/whereas I am being asked to deposit Rs4565 after discount of 1 month.I have made payment of Rs4565/.After this the next due date is being shown 29.10.17 instead of 3.12.17.I fail to understand the reason.

In my rummY account Balance was RS 10390 RUPEES .
But the mesaage shown as u r not able to play cash games was displayed.
I complainted through the gmail.
The replied

Adding funds and playing against one account, without a justifiable game play may be deemed as a money laundering activity, which is an offense as per law.

Your account is permanently closed and have captured a bonus of Rs. 1000 from your account. Please do not create any new accounts on our website. If detected, it shall be closed immediately and the entire balance shall be captured.

. That is my money . I earned that money from playing of lot of cash games.

In game win or loss . That is my problem. My money .. for playing purpose i pay the commision to rummu circle website. Themn what is rummu circle problem.

Whongive the permission to block my money and account.

I had ordered pizza and it dint get delivered. The store is not able to respond if it can be delivered or not. Neither they gave call to the store manager.
This kind of service is ridiculous and definitely makes me to not order anything from pizza hut ever.

Just because, it was a pre paid order, I am not getting my money back.
I want a strict action for this kind of behavior of pizza hut.
I called 5 times and it is about 2 hours from the time I placed the order.
Still not a clear vision of anything.

I intended to transfer 500 rs in my paytm wallet.However after the transaction there was no change in my paytm balance but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Since then i am expecting to get it refunded but to my surprise there was no action taken regarding this from the company. Even the response to a complaint mail was delayed.please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Surat-Nehrunagar Volvo, schedule arrival time at 8.40 p.m. at Zadeshwar X, Bharuch has not arrived at the stop. We have booked two tickets no. 23 & 24 on the bus, but could not able to travel despite having valid tickets.

I made the payment through my Debit card for amount of Rs 435
The cashier at the counter made the payment of Rs 435 two times through Credit/Debit card machine (pos) .
After then i immediately went to the ATM machine to check my remaining balance.
I found on my balance slip / mini statement that the amount was deducted twice, so i went back to the easyday store and told the supervisor that my amount has been deducted twice.
But the Supervisor was not understanding my problem and refuses to make the refund of amount deducted twice wrongly .

Sir,
I, Lt Col Ajay Dogra, am holding a postpaid Airtel number 8872339394 of Amritsar, Punjab. For the last two months I’ve been trying to get a booster pack of 7 GB deactivated from my plan but the airtel service people only assure me that it will be done in half hour without any credible action being done at their end. Every month I’m forced to pay Rs 850/- extra on my plan because the Airtel service people are not deactivating the 7GB booster from my plan.
You are requested to immediately cancel the 7GB booster from my postpaid plan otherwise I’ll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against Airtel.

Scam or fraud: Syska Gadget Secure — Claim not paid by Syska. very worst service

I have reported incident on 27th oct’16 on accidental damage of my mobile and submitted all my documents in courier on 1st nov’16. My handset pickup was scheduled on 5th nov’16 and 19th nov’16.
Till now I did not get any response from Syska that when my handset will be picked up. When it will be repaired. When it will be dropped.
Whomever I contact on customer care. They simply say they don’t know. After a long quarrel with Syska senior executive Mr. Bala, my pick up was scheduled on 6th Dec’16. But again received a message today that pickup was cancelled. I don’t know what is happening.
Now I am afraid to give my mobile and afraid that my mobile will be returned back or not, even if it is picked up.
No body in customer care knows any information other than the call we make to enquire.
Really very frustrated with the service.
Not sure why these type of insurance are sold by dealers. No any estimation or turn around time to claim the insurance.

I want my money for which I bought insurance back. after all Syska is ready to do NOTHING for my claim.
