Complaint Details:
The tab that was send for repair on 22 July 2016 was given back after 4 months i.e. on 30 Nov 2016 that too a different tab .

But unfortunately replaced tab is again not working properly, its touch response is very poor and also is slow, touch is not working properly.

So I request to please repair it as quickly as possible .

I own an innova with registration number KL07CC1151. I purchased the vehicle 2 years back and found few months back that at about 100km speed the steering wheel vibrates at unacceptable limit. I had infirmed toyota service center at nippon toyota nettur about this issue in October called 2016 at 20000km service. I was told that this could not be checked by them due to inability to drive at that speed. After my drive to bangalore and back to kochi early November I called up the toll free number and I was told that I would be contacted soon. Even after more than a week no information from Toyota. Appreciated if this could be resolved soon as it is a manufacturing defect.

We are resident of Raghu Nagar, New Delhi and are facing problem of monkeys in my area. There s a group of around 8 monkeys who are seen in our balconies n our lawns and terrace around 5 to 6 times a day. It’s very scary as they roam in front of our house n it’s very difficult for our children as they are very scared.. And while returning from school we are so scared of monkeys. Here all residents are very disturbed as we are very scared

Scam or fraud: PayTM Mobile Solutions — Debited the amount 3 times , even then i had to book thro axis debit card

Complaint Details:
The amount of 334.48 * 3 times = 1003.44 debited for the same tickets which were booked thro axis bank debit card ( as paytm system showed as error in transaction) . I am supposed to get back the amount of 1003.44, but very irresponsible reply from their customer care saying that we have booked the tickets .

What a shame, that a company giving FALSE CLAIMS and cheating customers .

I am going to complain to RBI and other government agencies about how Paytm is cheating people .

My exam was on 1-December-2016 at AASMA NETWORK SYSTEM, A8 2nd floor viswakarma colony, MB road, Badarpur, Delhi-110044.
During first exam, I faced server problem many times. While doing quant questions, many times my computer screen gets off. I also informed the staff present there about the problem. Although they solved my problem each time it occured but each time it took some minutes of my precious time and hence it reduced my no. of questions attempted in maths and hence i was not able to attempt upto my full capability.
So, please consider my problem and take my exam again as it is about my future.

Ordered Lonovo TabA850 through Flipkart on 30 August 16 PaidRs 1099.In description it was mentioned Sim slot will be there but two days back wen I tried to put Slim Slot got to know there is no Slim Slot.Your Borivali Service centre as well as Flipkart customer care is not helping in solving issue.

You are not delivering product as mentioned in Flipkart website.

Scam or fraud: Amazon India — Item returned by me, but no refund given. Amazon call centre says retrun was cancelled

I ordered Famacart Tableware Coffee Mug Borosilicate Glass Pack of 4, 500 ML on 2 Oct 2016 for Rs. 2, 697
Order no. 402-7229594-2379529
The delivery was completed, however, as the size of the mug was much bigger than expected, I requested for a return. We waited for 2-3 days for the item to be picked up, however, nobody came to pick up the return. Thereafter we made several complains and finally the item was picked up from our home on 15th or 16th Oct 2016.
Since, I did not receive the refund till 1 Dec 2016, I got in touch with the customer care. They informed me that the return was cancelled. When I said that the return was not cancelled, rather it was duly picked up from home, they asked me to provide a return slip as an evidence. Unfortunately, I do not have the slip. I think the courier person never gave me the acknowledgement slip. In absence of the slip Amazon is refusing to process the refund.
I asked them to investigate the matter with the courier agency. However, there is no help forthcoming. I have been cheated.
There seems to be a fraud committed by the courier agency who picked up my item and intentionally did not provide me the acknowledgement slip with an intention of defrauding me. The courier agency instead updated the record as pick up cancelled. I think they are trying to defraud innocent customers who do not know the process of returns. If some one forgets to ask for the pick up acknowledgement, then they swindle the returned item and update the courier record as return cancelled.
I want Amazon to kindly investigate the action of their courier partner – ATS courier who was responsible for the pick up. This type of fraudulent activity has to be stopped otherwise innocent customers like me will suffer. I want Amazon to kindly refund my money which is now due for more than 45 days.
