128 Gb EVO Samsung micro sd card but I received 64 GB this product wrong delivered.

VR Box This product is damage .
I am trying many many time contact to your customer care no but did not reach and I expenses more then 100 mobile balance. What is this why are you doing such type of things only for the toucher to customers

So I requested to you kindly revert me and resolve my problem as soon as possible other wise take legal action about your company .

Dear Sir,

I’m a regular customer of Apple and apple products .But this particular handset iPhone 5C has been giving me lot of trouble ever since I had purchased it in March, 2014.

The problems started immediately after I purchased the iPhone . The handset has several performance issues, which are as follows :

1) Weak battery

2) The touch screen of the phone hangs frequently.

3) The applications of the phone don’t open up easily.

4) The list of contacts in the phone book doesn’t get displayed. Whenever I click on my phone book icon, it shows ” # No Name ” as a result, making me feel handicapped. Due to this issue I’m unable to function and carry out my daily routine work and business related work.

5) The handset gets heated up easily. Even a short tele-conversation of 20-30 seconds affects my iPhone, and it gets heated immediately.

As, I’ve mentioned earlier, the problems started immediately after I purchased the iPhone. It showed low performance during the first 6 months itself, which gave me doubts that probably my handset is defective. I had to make repeated visits to the Apple service center in my city. The technicians have several times conducted technical operations and servicing on my iPhone . My handset used to work properly but again the same old issues used to re-surface after 1 month after undergoing servicing. I have also contacted apple care umpteen times in Bangalore and they have tried to help me but it was of no avail.

My iPhone doesn’t open any apps and neither it is displaying the contact list. I had purchased it for Rs 45, 000/- but it isn’t performing any functions. I’m only being able to receive calls, as would be the case with any ordinary telephone. Apart from this, I’ve suffered heavy business loss due to this defective handset.Hence I request you to replace my handset and provide me with a brand new handset, at the earliest, so that I can continue as Apple’s loyal customer. If your company is unable to replace it with a new handset then I will have to appeal Consumer court to file a case against Apple Inc, to end my woes.

I booked 3 tickets to goa and 3 returning tickets from goa to bangalore with Indigo Airlines. But I had to cancel all the tickets because the venue of the event in which we were suppose to go, got changed to mumbai.I was suppose to book the tickets to mumbai with the Indigo airlines after the cancellation of the tickets but 60% of the money was deducted and only 40% was refunded back to my account. I understand if the cancellation was done few hours prior or few days prior but I cancelled the ticket 3 weeks prior to the date.Isn’t 3 weeks an enough time for the cancellation?Is this how they do the business?What services they have provided?There seat will not go empty as there is enough time when people will make the booking.
they charged me Rs.10, 666 for the tickets and deducted Rs.5878 for the cancellation eventhough the cancelltion was done way prior 3 weeks.These people are simply looting the customers which is unacceptable.

My Package is Lost by Jhansi Team. Santosh – Manager of Jhansi Region Response was as follows – “log a complaint, if I get your package I will update or I don’t know I cant help u logged a complaint we will see ”

Such a bad customer response. It was critical document and DTDC team lost it.
And after that no response and bad communication. Worst experience till date. I make sure I will take this up legally if my package is not received

I had returned the order on 5 Nov 2016 and still its been a month now i have paid 2 emis fort he product its worth 10, 000/- and the refund is not done after repeated calls made by me also emailed sent of the return courier receipt copy to them. exhausted. only verbal assurance nothing else by SNAPDEAL. very bad service will never take anything.

I have a medilaim policy since 1999 which includes my father, mother, wife and two children. My father, 88 years had a fall few months ago. Total hospital bill comes to rs 3, 09, 281. His insured amount is rs 2 lakhs and cumulative bonus is rs 60, 000 total rs 2, 60, 000/-.
Though he was admitted for fracture neck of femur right side he had developed problems like kidney failure, cardiac arrest, hypertension, mild renal failure and intestinal obstruction etc. during the period of stay in hospital so, hospital stay was 25 days. however, insurance management company said that there was only one illness so, they could sanction only 40% of the sum assured and accordingly they passed only rs 40% of the sum assured and we got only aggregate total rs 1, 95, 000 against the sum assured plus cumulative bonus of rs 2, 60, 000. Mediclaim under Citi Bank Mediclaim policy and insurance company is The New India Assurance Co.Ltd. My claim was registered by MDIndia Healthcare services, Chennai under CCN: MDI2668606. Please do the needful to get the balance claim amount also.Policy no: 712500/34/15/21/00000016/ MD15-0013891955.

Myself Zeal Karwa my CRN No. is 67141228. I would like to request a refund of all the charges which have levied to my account. These are all unfair charges. There was no communication from Kotak Bank side for deducting the charges. They are deducting the amount from my account without informing me. They should have informed me for low balance in account. I would have taken the action. But No! They want to generate revenue from fradulent steps, By deducting money without informing customer. Every bank helps there customers, they suggest which is in the favor of customer, but in Kotak Bank case this is not the situation. Instead of helping their customers they are taking the advantage of money in there accounti!
Same is the case with my credit card, I would not like to repeat the situation. All the charges from start to end should be reversed.

I want the refund of all charges which is been deducted from my account. Please repay this money within 1 week.
