Hello sir,

we are your customer with acount no.910020040713465 in name navkar print at pali branch
we have take home loan from pali branch and our fire and speical perils policy for our house
was pending before 9/9/2016 we have received a phone from mr.arshad for in refernce of policy
then we said that i will make this policy on my behalf but mr.arshad said that he will present
cheque for making policy and misbihave with me.

sir. we are clint of axis bank not personally mr.arshad we made policy and present in pali branch
at 9/9/2016 but cheque no.032368 for amount 15525/- will present in our account on dated 16/09/2016
it is only malice. we have complain against mr.arshad at pali branch on 7/9/2016 but no action
will taken against mr.arshad by axis bank. . cheque no. 932476 for amount 13974. received by.
us but our repayment for cheque no 032368 of amount 15525. shortfall of rs.1551/- who will bear?
this cheque no 932476 for rs.13974/- is.issuing on dated 19/11/2016.. it is very painfull for us

we have complaint against mr.arshad also at jodhpur branch but yet no proper responce received
sir, it is customer orient time and at this time if any body hurts his customer it is very painfull.
please shortfall of rs 1551/- send in our account as soon as possible .
and a hard action will take against mr arshad for misbehave for your customer time to time.

Dear Sir

I have purchased Mahindra XUV RJ27 UC 1212 in November 2013.
It has been a good experience riding the vehicles of Mahindra and also I have referred Mahindra Vehicles to many of my known persons. Even I purchased Mahindra Scorpio in 2003 from Jaipur also when even there was no showroom in Udaipur. Then I purchased Mahindra Scorpio Getaway in April 2015 also.
Thus I may be a valuable customer of Mahindra as I have around 8-10 vehicles of Mahindra in my family.

But recently I had a very bad experience regarding service of Mahindra XUV RJ27 UC 1212 specially in shockers. I have complained about it many times at KS Automobile, Udaipur but every time the concerned persons made me fool and they do a normal service and tell me its all right now .

Again when I tell them that still there is a problem in shockers they just ignored my problem and never gave me proper response. I have been complaining for problem in all four Shockers when it was at 90000 Kilometers one year ago.

When my XUV was at 85000 kms I paid 22000/- also to extend the warranty up to 1.5 lac kms after 2 years then for an year they didn’t solve my problem.
And now when my vehicle has crossed 1.5 Lac Kms then the people at KS Automobile are telling me that they are not responsible for anything.
At last after a lot of arguments for an year now when I told them that “I don’t want to spoil the old relations with Mahindra either you solve this problem else I will have to take some legal action” then they told me to take any action they do’t care.

Now lastly I hope from you to kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue. Otherwise I will be compelled to take a legal action.

Gd evening my led TV replacement issue has been done. But invoice copy and wall mount copy not provide me. My model no was th40d200dx. Service boy Mr Sanjay his mobile no 9433178584 . he told that company has forgot my wall mount kid. Latter he provide me. He also want some money from for this arrangements. In the mean time I was call to him several time to provide kit&invoice copy. He not entertainment. Pl do something to this matter urgent and provide me my requirements.

ur executive tell the paper issue commencement date is from 01.12.16

But till now no paper to be delivered, daily ur people calling me and asking the paper delivery or not, but no one taking the interest to delivery the paper

payment also paid on 24.12.16, we want to cancel the subscription and return the amount to my account
