This is my second mail regarding problem with my car regd #No# DL8CAM4379 which is laying at divine motor rama road due to worn out of clutch plat. Till date reply i had and the response i had during my y/day telecoms discussion… its seems company dont have any interest to retained with its goodwill, as straight forward you are blaming to yours client about driving sense and not agree that I complaint about pick up issue from the very next week of purchased the car and during my first service, second service, its shocked that during y/day discussion …Mr. Tanveer(divine motor) clearly refused that i never came in past with pick up issue and black smoke issue with service center and infect he refused that after second service i visited again to him with complaint of black smoke issue !!
how could you be very irresponsible and can blame your client without go through the real facts …like the total KM, how old is car? and understand that client is not a learner and driving car since more than two decades and this car was single handed !!
plz. take up matter in a positive manner and relate its with company goodwill, reputation and customer’s trust.
as already explained during y/day discussion that in last three days you already lost two booking and if you will not treat this matter in positive manner you would have to loose many others booking and in future in our company we will black listed RENAULT and infect we will go for legal and will remark on social web site as well.
looking forward for a positive and prompt response from your side by revert mail because since last two days i am so much suffering bcz of car and cant tolerate any more !!

Im highly dissapointed by the service offered by Naturals nagerkovil chettikulam branch. Below are the complete details of what had happened.
My marriage held on sep 4th in Nagarkovil. Since Im residing in chennai I booked for the bridal makeup through phone. So from that day I booked I used to converse with lady named Christy in Naturals.
I booked for kryolan makeup. So I clearly communicated with Christy that I need the kryolan make up, Hair Do ( jada will be bought by beautician) andSaree drape.
So I spent 3500 for jada rental jewellery and 2500 for jada flowers that was brought from Thovalai. Which was of total waste and not able to use the flowers and rental jewels for my marriage. Im totally dissapointed for that happenned for me which I did not expect from Naturals Parlour. I Trusted naturals service so much and I booked maturals for my marriage make over.
Christy have not communicated my expectations to the beautician. And I got to know from the beautician that she have not instructed the beautician to bring kryolan product and jada hair. Since it is very last time and early morning Im not able to do anything.
I have raised the complaint to the manager of Nagarkovil Chettikulam Branch. But he has not taken any action on this and not responding for my compliant and messages.

This is Sam. I have glamour bike. I gave my bike Regularly in hero service center only. Today I gave my bike at servicing center at 10:30 am. vehicle delivery time 4:00pm they gave. at 4:15pm iam in servicing center. they didn’t begin the service till that time. when I asked that employees, they begin after 20 minutes. they finished servicing in 10 minutes and send the vehicle to water service. Iam saw all the process clearly. They did not do their job ( servicing & receiving customer )well at brodipet 5th lane, Guntur, AP. They charge for general servicing 700. But they do only brake checking & put some Greece to brakes & water servicing. Shameless. Worst employees. Worst service. Iam not satisfied. Please take some immediate action. I love hero glamour bike. but I hate the employees. worst mechanics. worst office lady staff. everything is worst. Thank you.

It’s been more than 2 months I have applied for Adani Gas connection. I have recently bought a new flat located at B-802, Binori Solitaire, Behind Sobo Centre, South Bopal, Ahmedabad.
I have got the gas connection in kitchen after several follow ups with Adani Team. I had also applied for gas connection for 2 bathrooms for which requisite fees was also paid at the time of taking connection. Though I have got the gas connection in Kitchen, I have been following up with Adani team for connection in bathrooms. More frustrating is this whenever I call Adani officers, I have been given numbers of different contractors (like Raj Contractors) who are doing work for Adani.
Please note that I have been interested in taking services from Adani and therefore I should be dealing with Adani officers only. There should not be a case where the customer need to struggle with third party contractors.
I would like to highlight one more point that the person responsible Mr. Mitesh (from Adani 9727772267) has shown highly irresponsible behavior in this regard. While collecting the cheque for the connection he had given us wrong information about the connection and TAT with in which the connection will be done. Now when I call him for help in this matter he is behaving very rude (even not talking properly). I expect Adani is hiring correct people who take required responsibility while performing their duties. This person is bringing disputation to Adani as I have asked several other members in my society who have the same opinion about Adani because of just one person. You can imagine that on one side people has no option other than using Adani at the same point of time people also have disrespect for the company just because of this person.
This is my humble request to lodge a complaint against this person who is bringing disreputation to your company and to take the matter with higher officials of the respective department.
This matter comes under employee accountability where role of HR comes. A third party will never invest his time in writing such long mails unless the matter is very serious.
Even I work with a corporate where consumer requests are at least heard by us to provide a solutions to them. However we never show an irresponsible behavior by rejecting calls of client and giving rude and poor answers. This behavior of Mr. Mitesh has given a very wrong impression to me about the hiring quality of Adani.

Hi Team, I have got my Kent RO from a dealer which was referred by your free toll number . I have got this RO repaired for 4 times now, still have the warranty.
When asked for replacement your helpdesk was very harsh, they are not responsible for anything is what i heard .Serial number of the machine – S/N KR1510024995, is this really KENT ? I doubt it .It was bought from
Novel Aqua systems, authorised distributors sales and services .
