Scam or fraud: Nykaa.com — Products confirmed and cancelled without any recompense

Complaint Details:
I saw some products discounted and thought it was some special order so i placed multiple orders. I received order confirmation messages on my registered number about the same. the next day i saw that the orders were cancelled in my cart and then after a bout 7-8 hours i received emails saying it was technical glitch due to which all orders were cancelled. there was no messages sent on cancellation. I sent followup emails inquiring further but there was no response from nykaa. They sent me 100 rupees coupon which could be used on 1000 rupees shopping, how they even count that as a recompense.?? I need atleast 1 product each from the order i placed and i dropped them multiple emails following up on same but no response. I did not even receive refund for the order after they were cancelled. Even if it was technical issue they need to address customers queries and also recompense for the time and amount wasted on purchases. I need some action taken on this.

Yesterday i shopped for 895.70 and 1745.76 and my Tr no. 63027 and 63026 respectively and i made a payment through paytm and mobikwik i asked the billing boy regarding the offer that if i make a shopping of above 2.5k is there any offer but the counter boy said dont have any offer thats i made a payment through mobikwk and paytm and even they have posted a poster that if you make a payment through paytm and mobkwik you will be getting a 5% and 6% cashback offer but i dint get any cash back and even i dint get any gift voucher. If the offer is expired than y the hell u didnt removed that poster? last time they have fooled my grandfather and this time they have fooled me by giving wrong information.

Sir/Madam,

I hv a few complaints against the service of Ola Share..

1) The App shows the timing to arrive at the pickup as 2 to 3mins..whereas it actually takes arnd 15mins smtyms even more than that.

2) How can u take a second pickup which is not on the way to the destination..for eg. If we hv crossed we highway metro and way ahead on that road..the 2nd pickup cms frm we highway metro..
And areas such as andheri has huge traffic in the peak hour..hw the driver is supposed to go behind or take a full u turn which would b like anthr 1km and then go to the pickup point..and all this process will atleast take hlf an hour..causing imconvenience to the existing customer and the customer who is waiting at the pickup point.

3) If i hv booked an Ola Share for a particular drop point..your app doesnt track the ride properly..

Kindly look into all these matters and hope to get a positive response to improve your services.

Scam or fraud: Citibank — Forced to apply for a credit card by providing wrong information.

Complaint Details:
I had received a call from Citibank Customer care executive regarding Credit Card . It took my 30-40 minutes for the discussion and he convinced me to apply for the new credit card with below information.
1. All the other Credit Card due amounts can be transferred to the new credit card.
2. Amount can be paid with less rate of interest.

I contacted the customer care after receiving the new card, and requested for transferring the due amount in other cards. Now they are saying it is not possible to transfer the amount from one card to another and interest rate would be same as the existing card.
This is clearly indicating the fraud behavior of Citibank and cheating their own customers.

We placed an order today around 7.45 pm. When there was no delivery till around 8.40 then we called to enquire about it. They said it will be another 15-20 minutes. They should tell the customer in the beginning that such delays are expected to happen. They promise delivery in 25 minutes and then there is no show for next one hour. 7th dec 2016,

This complain is regarding very shameful behaviour of so called D Mart Manager and baggage counter person. After billing and exiting from D Mart, I just reminded that I forgot to buy few things. So again I need to enter in D Mart but those arrogant peoples neither let me submit my baggage at baggage counter because it contains d mart items itself nor they were allowing me to enter me again with already purchased items. I requested so many times that let me enter and seal my packet or just seal n keep at baggage counter but nothing accepted. I was with 8 month baby in one hand and d mart items bag in other. They were explaining their useless and totally illogical policies . Atleast I have to return like that only.
Now I just want to know that who made this useless policy that once we shopped from D Mart, so we can’t enter again! Who gave them right to exploit customers in such a inhuman way! Is it possible for a lady with a 8 month baby to keep all purchased items at home and then come back again! Totally shamefull and unexpected behaviour.

We have submitted details with mgl (b. p. no.170042439) nearly 2.1/2 months back.in spite of continuous follow-ups and complaining to customer care (complaint registration no.1258343 & 3019148) no action been taken by mgl.

Find, mgl is not responsive to customer and seems not worth dealing with them (unfortunately, being a single gas supplier, we can not avoid them)

Waited till 20:25 and asked the staff in bommanahalli office about the delay who casually informed that the vehicle is stuck I’m traffic. Later he informed that another bus which was supposed to be starting from Wilson garden @ 20:30 has been cancelled. I enquired him why the same was not informed earlier? But his response was very poor. I have been using KPN bus service for the past 13years. In between the services were poor and I opted for Kallada.
