Dear sir/madam
I paid my Oct month bill of Rs.163 on 20 Nov and I got confirmation msg of bill payment.But my payment not reflected in bill history.
So, i complain airtel customer care.He told me you not paid Rs.163 on 20-Nov. Whereas i send him payment related all document.
I call him so many releated my complain or Mail him too, Them not give me Answer.

Scam or fraud: Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Unprofessional conduct by driver

I booked an OLA cab on 6th Dec, 2016 at 10.50p.m.bearing registration no. AS01GC9893(Alto), mobile no. 7086056885. I got a call at 10.45 that my booking has been cancelled by the driver. I called him and he replied that he couldn’t contact me and so he cancel the booking, I asked him if he could come to pick me, he replied positively. But after waiting for 20mins he didn’t show up, I called him again but he didn’t pick up. I was stranded with my wife and family for about half an hour in a deserted road in the middle of the night. I booked another service provider to reach home

Scam or fraud: Eureka Forbes — Ahmedabad-Faulty(Noisy) Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT Machine

HI, we have purchased Eureka DR Auaguard Magna NXT machine in 3rd week of Oct-2016 from Ahmedabad.

Previous Problem :-
First we faced problem on very 2nd day where machine was leaking water at some interval and it was also amount of one glass. After calling the engineer he visited and try to fix but was not solved and finally solved by after 3-4 visit of multiple engineers, seems these all are third party service providers. We requested replace of machine but no response.

Current Problem :-

Machine is producing noise while filtering the water, you can hear it from 20 to 25 feet as well.

We called engineers for almost more than 10 times but issue is not resolved.

Below are silly excuses from different service engineers.

1) One of Manager :- I can’t hear it (Typical marketing one), while all other people can easily here.

2)Another person :- Accepted that noise is there and he will do something but no response after month (See attached customer feedback form).

3)Service Engineer (Mr. Maulik):-

–This machine having bigger motor so noise is there (I don’t think company like Eureka didn’t perform QA before product release)

–He told that all these models having such noise (After asking to visit some machines he agreed and about to call in 2-3 days but no response from him after 10 days. On reminding him he told that he forget and will call in 1-2 hours but no response.

It seems Eureka is using local 3rd party service providers, which lakes proper technical knowledge.

I request you to replace this machine which failed to satisfy us, I am customer of eureka from last 12 Years and didn’t expect such miss.

Dear sir my consumer number is 170210077564. From past two Months I am receiving average bill due to “Meter Reading not Taken” I have raised more than 10-12 Complaint with Local MSEB “Chinchwad Sub-Div. office but no action was taken . After That I have submitted my meter reading myself via “Mahavitran Mobile app” for the Month of October- 2016 then also I had received average Bill.( Bill Copy attached)

Now I have received Bill for the Month Of November-2016 which is Very high and Previous Meter reading is showing “71” which is for the month August -2016. So while calculating MSEB have ignored average Bill send to me for the Month of SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER. Does it mean that average bill sent me for this two month was went in charity. However such big organization can do such mistakes

I have also visited to Kalewdi MSEB office and as per them my Meter is faulty so I have requested them to please re-pair or replace the meter however I didn’t received any positive response from MSEB officer sitting at counter.

I have requested nearly 20 days back for the Postpaid to Prepaid Migration unfortunately it’s not yet completed. Customer Support Team is saying due to technical issue we are unable to migrate and to resolve this required some more time.

I have send many emails but no resolution provided.

We are living at vadgaon BK, near Dyandeep English Medium School. Garbage collector trucks are not coming regularly here. Also when they come they stand behind some wall or far from our homes. One can not find the trucks.
Also when we asked them they demand extra money from us about 250 rs per month from each of us. Also from four months roads are not cleaned. We all are regular tax payers. Please do the needful.

Rail Wheel Factory Yelhanka Bangalore Karnataka has received one 32″TV from KUNDAN ELECTRONICS BANGALORE in the month of November 2016 but after installing TV the doubt is about clarity of TV even after connecting HD channels in HDMI 1 port.Already spoken to customer care and follow the procedure about settings but after settings also clarity is not much again call to customer care but wouldn’t get proper support.Please arrange Service Engineer to check the matter.
