Hi,
I had ordered Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 3 from Amazon.Please find detailed bill attached for reference.
Order number – 402-9734844-3345914
Phone ordered – 10th Oct 2016
Phone received – 13th Oct 2016
Within 20 days the phone gave problems.I called Amazon they said you need to go to Xiaomi for the complaint.
I gave my phone for servicing on 5-11-16
problem – not getting charged, volume button not working, phone started hanging
I guess the issue was resolved and i received my phone back on 12-11-16.
Within 2 days it started hanging i.e on 15-11-16
I had to give my phone again for servicing on same day and received it back on same day
Again after 20 days i.e on 7-12-16 phone started hanging, touch pad was not working, main screen keys not working.
Are we fools to pay such a huge amount and get such third class phone?How am i supposed to work if the phone is not working in every 15 days?
Please take care of this issue and get my phone replaced asap.
I hope you guys dont check my patience any more because i have been patient since last 3 months and now I cant.
