Scam or fraud: Pizza Hut India — Amount debited but order not confiormed

Complaint Details:
On 1st December i was made two transactions to order pizza. Both the time the amount has been debited successfully but order was not confirmed.
till the refund has not made. I was called the Pizza hut several times but all the times they used say that the amount will be refunded 2-10days. They are not taking the mater positively and they have not send any official confirmation about my complaints.

Complaint Details:
I went to the brach for cash withdraw of 6000 and the manager denied even though they had cash and when questioned why the response for the manager was as if he don’t care about the customer. Then called the head office ti complaint the experience was worst spoke with Raghunandan Vajpayee who is in complaints department he was more rude then the manager and spoke as if he don’t care about the customer.

I am a member of Crossroads since January 2013… But since last 1 year, they call me again and again for Lifetime Membership… I clearly told them that I am not interested in Lifetime Membership…& dont want to receive any calls for the same…

But these people call me twice or thrice in a day from different Numbers…I am a Teacher & not allowed to take so many calls…I really want to have a strict action against them…

I have purchased a lot of jewellery from reliance jewellery in gold souk gurgaon. But after sale service is really bad. I went to the showroom for selling of defective earring which I purchased along with other jewellery but they don’t have repair guy every time I go and they forcefully ask us to accept defective earring by saying its ok. Just because we trust the sales person as well as brand reliance we didn’t check before purchasing and now the attitude is totally different. This kind of service is really not acceptable in such a competitive environment.

I transfereed Rs 1579 from paytm wallet to my bank account on 9 nov 2106.bt i didnot got the money yet to my bank accout .i mailed so many times to paytm but he is behaving irresponsibly and mailing me a apology letter which is not the solution .i also met my bank branch manager regarding this but hetold me its the faul of paytm.without that money i m facing a lot problems.

Hi Team,
I found that Rs 124 addedd in my bill cycle for this month for VAS which i never added my self. it was happened before also and i ignored the same. But again it happened and this time it is rs 124 Please have a look and resolve it. you can check my regular bill cycle it will be arround rs 300.
this is not good as it is happening to many customers who are using vodafone.

Hello sir,

I had booked the tickets on 4th Dec to travel from Chennai to salem 9.45 PM CST AC semi sleeper coach bus. The boarding point was at tambaram around 10.25 PM. I was waiting for the bus for so long time and the bus didn’t come on time. I didn’t get even a single notification or phone call regarding the bus arrival. Unfortunately I couldn’t travel as planned and even the bus left without picking us at tambaram. I tried reaching SRM transport many times through phone, but couldn’t reach anyone and few numbers were switched off. I tried almost all the numbers and there were no response. It was one hectic day for me and it made a bad impact on SRM transport.

Kindly check and initiate the REFUND amount for the same.

I had purchase sony m5 dual phone date of 02/05/2016. After two month during the charging mobile back glass was break its neutrally. Right now my mobile was not working properly its getting hang too much.

Today i go for sony service center their give me reply your mobile warranty has lost. And we are tacking some charge if you want to service your mobile.

Why should i pay that kind of money till every one is give one yer warranty so.

I pay 24300/- rs. So why should i pay other charge during warranty and no any written intimation give me to that kind of problem face then you lost of your phone warranty
