Scam or fraud: Avr Swarna Mahal — poor quality & cheating customers

Complaint Details:

I had bought a diamond ring from AVR. In just 2 months, one diamond fell off. I had to repair it at my cost as the folks in AVR never agree to customer’s point. After another 2 months, another diamond fell off (a different one this time). Now, i was completely convinced that the make of the jewellery is faulty. Again, AVR did not accept it. While i returned the jewellery and took back the money based on valuation. I realized they also cheat the customers.

When you buy an item. they charge you for gross weight of the item (which includes diamond weight) This gross weight is multiplied with gold rate on that day. (Diamond value is separately billed). But when we return the jewellery to them, then during valuation, they do not consider diamond weight.
They have different rules when they sell and when they take back the jewllery from you. Also, they charge additional 4% if you are taking cash and not exchange.

Plus they make you wait for days to transfer money to your account after you return the jewellery item to them.

Never go for AVR.

1. Return and Refund policy is not customer oriented, but profit oriented to AVR

2. They do not deliver you the item untill your cheque gets cleared, but when you sell you jewellery back to them, they make you wait for days to transact the amount to your account.

3. High wastage and making compared to other competitiors

4. Incompetent and non cooperative managers in bangalore branch

5. High repair charges

6. Poor quality of jewellery. Diamonds fall off the jewellery like peanuts falling off from your hand

7. You have to pay gold rate for weight of stones. Note that stones are charged in different itemization anyway. But when you return the item to get refund, they do not consider gross weight. They only give you gold weight. Pure Robbery!!!

Scam or fraud: Mobikwik Samsung Pay — refund of rs.400/- against failed transactions

Complaint Details:

I used Samsung Pay to recharge my Vodafone number but due to improper acknowledgement of failed transaction, I tried recharging 4 times for a value of Rs.120/- each time but never successful.
My money is SENT successfully to UPI ID mobikwik.sp@icici but I did get any top up for any of the 4 transactions.

Hi all, This is rajendren from Thirunelveli. My relatives referred and I bought flat from VGN developers for my son. He is working in Chennai. Everything is fine and amazing. Best builders. I have grandson, but at night times we are really scared, because sometimes streetlights are not functioning properly. So if anyone from vgn take this issue as serious and make sure this will not happen in future.

I had placed a order for 1 ethnic wear saree 374 a few days back to nattashi.in.
Today I.e. 07nth August 2018 when I received my order no. 39934 through DIGITAL ENTERPRISE Express package with delivery AWB[protected].
I was surprised to see that instead of one ethnic-wear saree. I have received one saree of very poor quality and totally different product which I placed a order.
The courier boy refused to take it back stating that is the responsibility of the shipper to dispatch correct order.
Please take immediate action and initiate a refund.
I have tried updating my complaint on nattashi.in but there is no response from their server.

Hello sir. i want to report gst and tax evasion frauds by amit mathur. he is using multiple bank accounts from family members name and evading taxes and gst in all accounts. he also sends funds to malaysia illegally through hawala and online agencys. kindly look into the matter. ill post few account numbers and mobile number of his so that you can check the matter.

Hi..I am chandrashen Mane I am cheated from D VISION PORTFOLIO PVT LTD is located chinchwad they call me 100 times taking my mobile no. Indeed online jobs provider, when I reach their office they giving me fake and fraudulent information about job, after that they ask me 600 for fees then they give me a offer letter which is fraud. when I reach office second day for job there also ask me for 1600 for training fees and they called it fully refundable but they don’t give me single rupee and I don’t get job also because of it fake .so plz help me sir by taking appropriate actions of this company.

Its a bad experience for me to make a online booking with your company.I wanted a ticket from Ahmednagar to Nagpur and the cost showed was 808.00 for 1 passenger and I made the payment but finally I got a message saying the ticket has not booked and i got message for debit of Rs. 808.00. Now I want a complete refund. Till date I have’nt recieved any refund credit.

I gave order a gown through Womensingaar.com on 31.7.18 by order no 21657. In courier I have found 2 sarees instead of my exact product.

I am unable to return the same, because I can’t found the way in website. Not available new user creation nor returns option in womensingaar.com

Please help us how to return the same, I am paying the money to COD.

Hi Airtel Team,
This is Mahipal Kambhampati and bearing Airtel Connection Since 28-Mar-2013. On Monthly basis i am facing Recharge issues in prepaid which was escalated to Airtel several times. During that time i had a discussion with your Airtel Executive Team they have said about Convert to Postpaid and they are ready to provide Rs 499 plan. But from the day one i am facing Signal issues and call drops in the Network and i am unable to use Internet and phone for calling. Which i have complained to 198 but they could not fix my problem. I am staying Near Lakdikapool which is the Centre of Greater City of Hyderabad.
My SIM is activated on 20 Jun 2017
On one day i have called Airtel Team Mahesh he has said there is some signal issue which cannot be fixed if you are not satisfied with our service you can again go back to prepaid. But in prepaid i do not have this offer. Requesting Airtel to look into this issue and do needful.
Today also i have tried calling Customer Service Executive they said they are working how many years or months it will take to resolve a problem with in Hyderabad city.
Attached a mail from Network team saying they are working the mail was sent on 16 Jul 17.
