I have a very high regard for the Blue Dart before this incident. I thought a very professional people and educated people are working in this.

Your delivery boy asked me to come there or here based on his convenience and misbehaved by threatening me that he would not give the Credit Card. You may collect at the office. Meanwhile, it will go back. He did not inform me previously and asked how I am not in the address? His name is Raju from Visakhapatnam. My number is [protected].

I have done my hair straightening and coloring from this saloon on 01-Oct-2017. On checking with the salon lady how much it was going to charge me she stated that it would be 6000 for hair straightening and coloring of hair additional 1000. I had availed the services and when i had to pay the bill she charged me 6500 for hair straightening and 1000 for coloring of hair.

In addition to this i was asked to come to the saloon after 3 days so on 05-Oct-2017, i had been to the salon for hair wash. The same lady charged me additional 500 saying it was for the hair spa, which was neither communicated to me before it was done. The hair spa which was stated by them as a hair spa was just a cream that was applied for 10 mins and washed away which was not even a spa.

When i had called back to the salon on 13-Oct-2017 to inform the hair straightening was not good since my hair was turning wavy and the hair color they applied was black instead of brown. The lady was very arrogant and does not have the manners to behave with people. She told me that i could go back after taking an appointment and check what can be done. This service which was given to me was stated as permanent straightening and it does not even stay for a week.

I was also given a bill which does not even have the parlor name. As i have done the card payment i have the transaction slip with the salon name and the amount payed by me.

This is to inform you about the postman of my area. I live in libaspur, delhi–110042.the postman of this area is not performing his duty properly. He never delivers a parcel. As you know pan card comes by post. He return all the pan card back without delivering. And when we visit him in post office he becomes aggressive. So I want u to take some action. This will be a great help. And Pls reply me.

घंटागाडीच्या वेळा जाहीर के ले ल्या नाहीत. जनतेला पोटापाण्यासाठी कामधंद्याला जावे लागते . ते कसेकाय घंटागाडीच्या वेळा पाळणार. यामुळे कामावर वेळेवर हजार झाले नाहीतर कार्यालयातून मेमो मिळणार. याला जबादार कोण ?

स्वच्छते संबंधीचा भ्रमणध्वनी क्रमांक ८१०८२३६३६३ डायल केला तरी कोणीही उचलत नाही .
कचरा रस्त्यावर पडून सगळीकडे दुर्गंधी पसरली आहे. इथूनच राम मंदिर, मुंब्रा देवी मंदिर आणि जुनी डोंबिवली येथे जाणारे रस्ते मिळतात.
नागरिकांना नाक मुठीत धरून चालावे लागते.
वरील परिस्थिती दरवर्षी प्रमाणे या वर्षी सुद्धा आहे. यामुळे जनतेचे आरोग्य धोक्यात येऊन साथीचे रोग पसरण्यात मदत होते.

वरील सर्व बाबींचा विचार करून योग्य उपाय करावा हि नम्र विनंती .

I purchased Blue star A/C on 20 may 2016. it was working fine till 15 days back. then suddenly cooling was ineffective, i registered a complaint with ticket no. B[protected] with promise of resolution by their dealer Star Tech Airconditioners on 12 oct 2017. The technician came and checked the A.C on 13 Oct 2017. he found that the cooling coil has developed multiple leakages on the wrong side and refrigerant gas has leaked. the coil can’t be repaired and needs replacement costing 5500 Rupees plus Gas Recharging for 2500 Rupees plus service charges costing me 8500 rupees approximately. I purchased this 5 star rating A.C due to its copper coils and sturdy performance rating. but i feel cheated now. An A.C which develops such major material defects within 17 months of purchase is unworthy and useless buy and waste of money. i had Carrier A.C which lasted 18 years.

Complaint Details:
From Oct 5th Onwards All the SUN Network channels are not relayed by Reliance Big TV. They are displaying it as Technical Issues. will they compensate the amount to the customers who are viewing for the Non Relayed Days. When we call for Toll Free also, they are keep on telling, that now we cannot talk to their customer service people. when we register this complain in my services also, they are taking this. Hence we need a solution either to relay the SUN Network and credit the amount to our account for Non-relayed days.

Complaint Details:
I purchase sweat slim belt from teleshop teleshopping in Aug 17. I got delivery of l size.
As the size delivered was not ok, i requested them to change the size to xxl.
Despite various phone – calls and follow up mails, they have not changed the belt. They have stopped taking phone calls / disconnect on picking the phone whenever they realise the purpose of the call

Complaint Details:

Rajiv from trade India research called me and forced me to take their premium services which costs 68, 000. For that I can pay 18, 000 initially to start the services and pay the balance amount after I get the profits.

I agreed to that and paid 18000, then they told that the slot is not available. Hence they want to upgrade to “customised services” it costs 3.5Lakh.
For that I have to pay 50, 000 more to start the services. I have again agreed to that and paid the amount.

Without even starting the services they have again asked me to pay 66, 000 again as the amount is not enough to start the services…

And as don’t have that much money am stuck..

Please some one help to get my MONEY back..
