On 22nd oct i have booked ticket in verma travels from Bhopal to Ahmedabad, i paid 5340 Rs for 2 ticket for AC sleeper .I was complete waste of money as in high season they charge more than anything and then alos they cannot provide basic amenities. Bedsheet was completely torn form between and they were giving single blanket for two person. When i asked for second blanket they said ” ek hi milega”, they were just making good out of someone’s emergency.
I am never gonna travel in verma travels again, and recommend others too, that dont travel in verma travel bus you will surely waste your money.

Myself yasmeen from Bangalore travelling date is 24.10.2017 from Bangalore to udaipur. We don’t have any problem with driver and cleaner d problem is inside d bus many cockroaches and smelling so badly we felt like nausea many people who where travelling with me even they felt same thing. And another complaint is about a restaurant in gujrath hotel name is ronak d food so third class I don’t know on what basis u people have kept them to serve srs customers chapatti of wheat is horrible gravy is fine even rice it’s not up-to d mark so plz change its a request we don’t feel like travelling back to srs now.

I am suppose to take deliver the vehicle today but suddenly I have received
the call from legend motors stating that RTO officer not signed
due to sale letter problem. I have already informed to take the vehicle today.

And also they are not informed all rules and regulations to the customers, they are
concentrating only collect the money from customers.

I am fed up from the call received from legend motors.

Pls take necessary actions

Scam or fraud: Hyundai Motor India — verna ignition coil

Complaint Details:
I own a Verna 1.6 vtvt sx 2009. I have been facing problems with the ignition coils. I have replaced all the coils n again they have malfunctioned. I know for a fact that this a common issue with Verna as I have read a lot of articles about it. These coils are not cheap to keep them replacing after every few months. I had posted a complaint in Hyundai India Facebook page but all I kept getting was automated message from them.

Hi SONY INDIA,

I holding an SONY HX50V Camera, given to Sony authorized service center, Hyderabad, due to problem – “Reinsert memory card error and hand wheel controller mall functioning” on 03rd Jun 2017, ref job num # J71353899.

Initially when I given camera to them, they said there is problem with software, need to be updated/reformatted.

Its been 135 days, the camera still in service center ONLY, Every time (more than 5 times) when I called them they saying ” there is another problem with camera, some or other parts need to be replaced, NOW they are quoting approx 4500/- for my camera. I don’t know what exactly happening on this case.

SONY INDIA – I Would expect to answers for below questions?

1. Where is transparency between customer and service center? Because Initially its software issue, then turned into part replacement, with charge of 4500/- ?

2. Where the company is taken care/tracking mechanism of all these requests? Because my case has been opened since 135 days?

3. Where is the communication mechanism to customer? Because there is no communication to me on my request?

4. Why should I wait so so long time – 135 days for camera repair, and that too much of charges? What SONY company or service center going to compensate for this delay or their poor services?

I would expecting to answer all my 4 questions without any miss.

Complaint Details:

Patanjali Choco Delight, lot no. EQC/KSQ3 packed on. 22/05/17. We have always liked and loved the patanjali chocolate biscuits, but when we made a bulk purchase of the same from Rohini Sector-7 Patanjali Mega store, Delhi . We were utterly disappointed with the taste of th biscuits. The taste like chemical and are harsh on the tongue.
It is festive season and serving such utterly disastrous food item to our guest was such a disgrace when unlike the majority public view point we trust and consume pantanjali product.

It is a request to reply to this complaint, else i’d be forced to get these biscuits foresically checked and submit the report on the same to Quality control or other higher government Authority. I have half the packet of biscuits in my possession still.

I tried to link my idea no. [protected] with Aadhar but my fingerprints are not matching. I was advised to update my biometrics at local Aadhar centre which I did. But when I tried again ( after updating my Aadhar biometrics ) still fingerprints are not matching. I am receiving SMS from Idea to link Aadhar with my mobile number but am not able to do so for no fault of mine. Kindly help.

Today I visited to E-City Phase I branch and made a order, it came after 30 mins and food items very cold and bad to have it.
I asked to replace the chass, he took my glass but did to came back even after asking again and again.
i talked to Store manger(Manu) and he used abusing words.He told that he dont care about you as i have to serve to other group.
I came out without having complete food..

Really a very very very bad experience.

Scam or fraud: Union Bank Of India — non receipt of school fee receipt

Sir,
I have paid Rs. 2400/- (Rupees two thousand four hundred ) only as fees for the month April, May and June, 2017 in respect of the above student who is my son by online. However, the receipt could not generated at that time and also failed to generate uptil now
It, is therefore, requested kindly send me a copy of the receipt the following e-mail so that I can submit the same to the School. As I could not produce the receipt, the school authority treated as the fee not paid.

I shall be ever remain thankful and grateful to you for this act of kindness.
