Dear Team,
I have 2 Airtel Set Top Box connection since last 6 Years.
1 Have SD and Other have HD Settop Box, hence SD settop box is not working properly since oct, i have complained 2 times in airtel still no solution received.
SD settop box is every 6 months is faulty and they are charging every time, also they are replacing reparaible set top box.
kindly help .airtel not giving any permenent solution.

Since 12 years of allotting plot, they have done nothing, no registration, no possession. have taken all the installments. Gaurav Dhody promised us that he will get the plot registered within 6 months in April 2013 but till date no reply is there from the company.
I went to there designated office today but came to know they have vacated the office and ran away one year ago . NOw I dont know where to approach them

18th October 2018 (23:15 PM; Delhi to Chandigarh) Reference number – V[protected]; PNR – OCT182412; Trip ID[protected] and
21st October 2018 (13:10 PM; Chandigarh to Delhi) Reference number – V[protected]; PNR – OCT186768; Trip ID[protected].
Both of these buses got cancelled due to the ongoing strike. Kindly provide a refund for the given two tickets as soon as possible.

Confirmation no BJZOWX…TICKET FROM Dubai TO LUCKNOW…DATE 24.12.2018… FLIGHT NO IX194…SYED NASIR ALI ZAIDI AND SAFIYA ZAIDI.
Original ticket was booked for 29 Dec. 2018. Due to reasons beyond the control I had to get the travel date preponed to 24 Dec. 2018, same flight and front seat.
I had to shell out additional 2270 ( rupees two thousand two hundred and seventy ) . Out of that one thousand one hundred is penalty for changing the date, seat charges are 790 and 380 rupees are difference of ticket for 24 December.
Here I wish to state categorically that penalty for date change is high and without any logic as my ticket for 29 th Dec. which was surrendered must have certainly earned the amount more than the amount charged originally without the incurrence of for the company. This penalty charge is arbitrary, exploitative and reasonable. This indicates that the company seems to place customer satisfaction at the lowest level ad revenue generation for the company at the highest level.
