Wrong bill has been generated for the month of aug-Sep.
The bill has been generated since Dec’2016 till Sep’2017.
Also, the house is closed since Sep starting.
I want correct bill generated. I also want explanation over high consumption mentioned for just two months (aug and Sep)as the house wass closed for one of the months(Sep) and is still closed.

Scam or fraud: Happy Easy Go — unethical behavior to keep the money and not confirming the transaction

My name is Divya Nakra. I have booked two tickets from port Blair to Delhi for traveling on 28/2/2018 from happy easy go. The transaction is made on 15/10/2017. I have got transaction succeeded mail for both the tickets, I have got the ticket for one transaction and the other one is getting canceled from their end after keeping the money for 10 days.
In this situation, the ticket which is Confirmed from their end does not solve my purpose and is useless for me.
Since they have canceled my second ticket after receiving the full amount (transaction succeeded) I want to cancel my first ticket with the full amount of refund.

The trip I’d die for both the transaction is as below.

Their reply is :
first ticket is confirmed but because prices are increased by the airline they did not get a chance to book the second ticket.

In this regard I want to complain that this seems to have done knowingly. They have booked first ticket and then they have not updated the prices and allowed me to book another one, further they allowed me to do full transaction and received the amount from me, then they sent me a mail saying transaction succeed and then not booking the ticket saying prices are increased.

This allows them to take my money and keep it for 10 days and they are also aware that since my second transaction is not successful I have to cancel the first one also.

This wrongdoing from their end is compelling me to complain against them here.

Date of incident 29th Oct 2017 Time :7:30 pm.
we approached the DELL Exclusive Store- GBS system KK Nager Chennai.The sales person started by saying that he will give laptop bag & wireless mouse as compliment for I3 processor brand.
we finalized and paid for the system and waited for the software to be loaded.
Invoice No: KKN/0661/17-18- total bill amount Rs 31000.
upon final conclusion, the sales person had billed the Laptop bag – with 28% GST and had given an optical mouse.
when inquired again, one of the sales person said, nothing can be done all finalized – if required you can cancel the dealing & refund will be done tomorrow (i.e Monday 30th Oct)
we were taken aback by surprise by the behavior of the sales person asking us to cancel the deed once payment has been done. we had spent almost two hours.
One of the sales person said, we know how to sell the product at a lesser price.
this ruthless behavior of the sales person of a well established brand is not acceptable.
we are in customer driven market, each number counts, and such act is not acceptable.
i feel we were swindled.
we had to leave the shop empty handed, though amount being paid.

Sharing wrong data about the product should be stopped.
Customer handling should be improved & audit to be done .

I ordered moto g5s plus for one day delivery and i recieved my phone on 6th day from my order date. after using the phone for 1 day it went dead on another day ( its not working / phone is not turning on) after complaining for 7th time for replacement the courier team tells me that they will wont pick the phone as the phone is not turning on where as i have registered a complain for a defective / not working phone. And it does not end here when i talk to pick up guy for take the phone he misbehaved with me and abused me and my family and especially my mom saying, “terko jo ukhadna he ukhad” and now it will be the 7th time the pick up guy will come and say the same thing. This is what they mean by Service. this is how they give Service to their fellow customers. Amazon have crossed their limits.

Hi I have purchased TVS Scooty pep plus from barkat motors pataudi. This is one of the worst dealers. he took money from me and have not given the RC & Insurance copy since last 3 months.

I suggest nobody to purchase a vehicle from this show room in future as they are cheaters and they do not respond also after calling them repeatedly.

I suggest them to return the money or give RC & Insurance today itself.

Airtel has consecutively produced an error in my bill for the 8th time. I have repeatedly told them that there is an error and they assured that next time onwards this error will never occur but again the same mistake from this inefficient company.

They have said that the closed user group in the postpaid family plan will be entirely free but since they are of the fact that the end user will not be checking the bill so they have failed to produce any discount on that and thereby increasing my bill amount and not for the first nor second nor third!!! but 8th time…
