Hi,

Recently(3 Months) i bought “Nilkamal Dream 4-inch Double Size Coir Mattress” from amazon. The mattress has become hard and completely sag at few sides.
I have raised complaint almost 45 Days back, but no action yet. Its under warranty. But not getting proper response. Looks like NK people’s are very lazy and dont believe in after sales support. This my last buy with NK, will never do this mistake.

Order Date 10/26/2017 Order Amount 566.00…till now no update about shipping on which date I am suppose to receive my order only one call from your executive to confirm the address the very next day. I was informed by the executive that I shall get my order within 1 week. ..you all seem to be very casual in shipping.Neither any distinct contact number available at your website.
I am really very disappointed with such indifferent attitude of yours.

I’m using AIRTEL since I started using Mobile. I’m facing lot of problem in AIRTEL. Now I faced a problem about that my sim suddenly got tower loss. I contacted CC and asked about it. That said may be sim card damaged. So only like this problem. They asked to replace ur sim with duplicate with same no. I requested and got new sim. On Saturday 04-11-17. Still I didn’t get connection. I contacts r not able to contact me. I felt very bad. I preparing my self to throw this AIRTEL sim and to get new sim in other company. Please help me. And activate my sim no [protected]. Please help me.

Last night on November 5, 2017, the travel to Dehradun from Delhi by Jan Shatabdi express was a real nightmare. It took almost 12 hours to reach, of which about 7 hours from Roorkee and 4 hrs from Haridwar.
Nobody knew what was happening as there was public announcement or any word from crew. No food on train. Children were crying. And on reaching Dehradun, everyone had to pay several times the fare to autorickshaw s and taxis.
The railways support and comfort with information on mysterious delay was missing.

I request you to kindly release my parcel containing medicine bearing ID Sept. 2017 was despatched on 16/09/2017 through picker (prepaid) with tracking ID ed579517512IN as soon as possible. It’s stuck in the Siliguri post office for more than a month. Till date there is no updatation as such. I am very eagerly waiting for the same. You can also check its been a long time since it got shipped from Haryana (Delhi). I am losing my patience. Hope you understand. It’s a medicine from Jiva Ayurveda. Today on 01-11-2017 I went to deposit Rs 2102 in Gurdwara Singh Sabha Samiti. Cashier refused to deposit Rs 10 coins officer also refused to accept Rs 10 coins. When I requested to give in writing he told you make a complaint and also write that I have refused to give in writing. When I wanted to record the incident in my mobile officer snatchef my mobile and mishandled with me whole staff gathered and one officer twisted my thumb which is now having severe pain. Whole incident can be seen in cc tv recording. Please check the cc tv recording after 12:20 pm onwards. I am a senior citizen and they not only misbehaved and mishandled also anused and used words तेरे जैसे गधों को . Please take appropriate action against such kind of dada staff.
