After my redemption request done on the 10-Sep-2018, I have still not received my money. Mrs Sahmeen and her email Team and been very unprofessional, slow and not responding to my email queries aptly.

Their team has received all the requested documents and promised to credit shortly, but its been more than 2 weeks now, even after that commitment.

My latest complaint no. 8468440. is also taking time to get addressed.

I have also kept the ICICIPruamc Service head cc in the email, but still no use.

I have placed my request for claim on 6th november and its been almost 10 days that i have been facing the issue i.e someday description is to be changed and someday reason for not having the invoice which i have already talked to Mohd. Who is one of your associates and someday you need is cancelled cheque so still I’m facing the issue even after 10 days. Is this how you treat your customers by delaying it? This is the last week I’m waiting, if you pass my claim in this week its okay or else I’ll be free to port my number to other service providers where they atleast value their customers.

Sir, I had taken SLP monthly rental plan in FEB18 for 50000rupees.only two month rental is given 1900rupees by NEFT after that since 06 month told by your agent you will received your money in two, five, seven days etc. But till date I had not received my SLP rental monthly plan.only last option I will do FIR against your company.no other option in my hand. Please look my matter seriously and resolve it in within 07 days.

Sir, all telecom company launched your new recharge programe… this programme has fake..all customer all compain against againt what is this.. where will be hearing on this metter i have two number of a company they said now if you want running both number so rechage every number every month how can they it this is not a solution …please action again telecom company.. because india not a rich country mostely people lived in village they have farud..

I have been a customer for vida phone for last 8 years. It’s the first time I switched on International roaming on my number and the number network vanished on 2nd day of travel with a bill of 46000 Rs without using a single minute the number for data, it says I have used it..

After complaining end no of times to your customer agents no action has been taken. Surprised that this is how you treat your customers..

I ordered Energy Sistem Music Box 1+ V4.1 5 W Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Micro SD MP3 FM Radio Audio-in (Slate Black) speaker from.amazon but i cancelled my.order and i was supposed to recieve my refund in 10th november, 2018 but yet i didnt recieved my refund.I refund has been processed from amazon but i didnt got refunded in my account.i want to know when will my amount will get refunded

I have registered for neet Pg 2019 on November 2.during the payment of fees, there was some error.the cash was debited from my account but the site showed as not received.i had to pay 3750rs twice using kannur district cooperative bank debit card(rupay)to get my registration done.my registration I’d is PG034362.kindly return the extra fees money.
