I had uploaded my resume last week on your website. On Saturday (2nd June) I received call from your side and asked for one time registration fee of Rs.4100/- for getting preferred services. For that I have asked to give me time till Monday to think over it. Today I again received call form the executive and I agreed to pay and payment has been done. 15 to 30 min post making the payment I got another call and mail from your side and asking for another Rs.9900/- for updating my profile. It was a big shock for me. It was not told to me earlier that there may be any further investment on this. I am not expecting this from such a big print media house.
When I queried about if I don’t pay this Rs.9900, what services you will be offering with Rs.4100 (which I already paid). I got another shock that it was just a registration fees and no service will be provided against this.
I have a request to please refund my money. Further to this I have a suggestion while briefing the customer about registration fee just give him an idea that there may be further investment based on your profile. It does not look nice such a big reputed firm like you do like this. Then what will be the difference between big corporate and vagabond. Lalit Kumar Singla – [protected]

We booked tvs smooth NTORQ 125 on 31st may by giving advance 10000 at that time they provided us with some other price but when we came on 1st June to give full payment and take the vehicle at that point they kept us waiting for 2 hrs. And after that they said price has increased and when we asked to talk to owner or manager none was present in the showroom and when we called them the owner started shouting and cut the phone. I’m talking about tvs showroom silchar, Assam. I’m totally disappointed with their behavior. Tvs have good vehicles but not proper staff..

Dear sir, I have chosen svkdt travels for my journey from Bangalore to ongole on 30/5/18 during the time of journey I have faced problem I.e, uncomfortable with staff behavior. The problem was due to the cold climate in and out of the bus I was hurried with urination and I requested bus driver to stop a bus for couple of minutes he stopped the bus but with “Hesitation” while getting down there was a staff person sleeping on the walking path I thought of not to disturb his sleep so I jumped into the seat which was beside of the door and it is unoccupied at the same the driver started shouting on me like ” why did you jumped into the seat it will become dirty “. Sir, I knew the maintainance of the seat if it becomes dirty we can clean it but if u people hurt the feelings of passenger they wont turn up back we are in a country where hospitality is prioritized atleast train your staff ” how to treat a customer” next time onwards I won’t choose ur travels “Even though the ticket fare comes for free” I won’t even suggest to my friends . Thank you.

I, Alok Pandey s/o Harihar dutta pandey was appeared in the up bed entrance exam 2018. When I filled the form (Registration number- [protected] Pass[protected] their was a silly mistake done by me due to lack of knowledge. Sir/Maa’m I was appeared M.A. final year exam that time so I filled the detailed that I was appeared in M.A. exam due to this mistakes my counseling has not been going on.

Complaint Details:
I received a consignment on 28st May 2018 which was not theSareewhich i ordered n have already paid for it. Since that day i have been sending mails to them for the pick up of the wrong consignment but i m receiving a same reply mail that i would be contacted by them within 12 to 24 hrs. Now it’s almost a week i have not received any call from them.
Still i am receiving the same mail from their side.
I want my refund back.

We purchased the product on 29/5 from Great Eastern, Maheshta supposed to be installed on 31/5. Person entrusted the job did not turn up without any information to us.On enquiry, he assured to complete installation by 12.30 on 01st June. Again on outcall at 12.30pm, he informed that it will be delayed further. I am really scared with your service quality at the very beginning itself. Please arrange to carry out installation through other person in order to avoid harrassment to us.
