I swiped my atm at blackberrry’s, bokaro steel city for an amount of rs10000. But the retailer didnt receive any money on his end, though my account was debitted. this happend on 10 december. It has been around 10 days now and my amount has yet not been returned.ive made several rounds to d store and spoken to the manager. hes not ready to help and cooperate.
