Complaint Details:
We did Asian paints contract direct from the company in month of March 2016. We had requested for the seepage solution for 1 room and the drawing room too. The charges were quoted for the solution. The work for 4 rooms and drawing cum dinning room was completed within 15 working days, which was surprising and delighting too. Within 3 months ie in June that layers of paint started coming out along with paint also started coming out while we touch the wall. The major concern in in drawing room and the room on ground floor. We also noticed from these gaps that the our earlier paint is also not removed and there was no lapi layer below the new paid. We requested the dealer and the Asian paints customer care about the concern. After round of follow-ups with local dealer they visited our house twice (in Sep 16 and recently in Dec 16) with assurance of coming back with the solution. But till date we have neither received any solution nor any revert from the teams. We are very much dis-appointed and upset with such a poor response from a company rated Crisil AAA. We request immediate action with solution to close this long pending issue as the walls are looking ugly.
