Sir on 5 Dec I had attended a call from your customer representative he informed me about ending of ultra pack so I told him to start dhamaal mix pack on my account. After sometime I had recharged my account with rs. 285. But now I am getting messages that my pack is ultra pack and it ending on 20 Dec. So kindly take necessary action and extend my pack validity according to dhamaal mix.
