Complaint Details:
I am Ashish Gorde, My card no 2030 40000 5339 3122 has been blocked because of one missed EMI,
but i have already paid the due. and i was told by your Customer care executive that my card will be unblocked within some hours after the due Payment. it has been 4 days now it is still BLOCKED.
i went to purchase a phone for me today and after selecting the phone while doing the payment the Bajaj employee there in the store says that the card is Blocked.
This is very disgusting, it was very urgent for me to purchase a phone.
you people keep calling 4 times a day and keep saying that the payment should be done in 2 days and 3 days…and you people block the card and say it will be unblocked after 2 months, This is seriously not accepted
What is the use if we customers dont get the service when we actually need it and what is use of keeping this types of policies where the customer has to suffer even after paying.
hope my card will be unblocked
