Complaint Details:
Dear Team ICICI,
Myself and my all family members are having accounts with your bank since more than a decade now and I was considering your bank as best for personal banking.
But ever since my parents had very insulting and cheating experience at your Gadhinglaj branch (Dist. Kolhapur), we seriously thinking to shift all our accounts to another bank.
Your branch manager at Gadhinglaj is so arrogant and adamant that he insulted my parents and threatened them as well.
They approached this branch to open new account for themselves.
But your marketing team forced them to open an account which was really not requested. Your bank has even issued 2 debit cards when it was not even requested for one.
I have submitted written complaint about this on 3rd November 2016 and asked for reply in writing but your branch manager is unmoved.
I have even reminded him on what’s app.
