This incident happened on December 13
I have called tata sky three days back regarding signal issue, the customer executive said the technician will call tomorrow 10 am, but no call received.Next again I called them same response, and again next I raised a compliant with higher authority and chennai ispl, they said it will take another 72 hours and arguing that why you are hurrying.Still compliant is not resolved..poor customer service, poor higher authority too!!!..
But they will debit daily charges from the account for those five days..
