My name is subin Thomas, SUN DTH Number =41464802895
I recgarged my sun dth on 11th Dec-2016 from the sun direct website through my sun direct account.I selected Malayalam super value pack for 3 months for 775 Rs.Now Iam not getting the channels as per the plan.Not evem getting the channels of the earlier plan.
I raised a complaint Sr161217001105 today to sun dth.But the customer care representative is asking for 48 hours to resolve the issue.If a user selected a plan and recharge based on that plan, we should get the benefits based on that plan from the activation date.customer representative should hear the user complaint and solve the problem asap.If the website deducted 775 rs from my account, they should give the service from that date.After the selection the plan only website will calculate the amount and deduct the amount based on the plan selected.otherwise there is no way to pay 775 from my side.
I am expecting the 3 months pack to be activated from today.why customer should suffer, if sun dth website is not functioning properly
