Scam or fraud: Domino’s Pizza — Order not completed

Complaint Details:
I have made a payment through freecharge on dominos mobile app and my funds have been deducted but order didn’t go through. Called customer service, their rep picked up the call and put me on hold and was on hold for 11 minutes.. no answer. Worst customer support as always. Dominos sucks everytime. Then I had to order manually by visiting the store outlet because then app was showing that new order can not be placed as restraunt is offline now.
