Complaint Details:
I have been trying for SBT internet banking registration for two weeks and after providing with all the informations and filling all the fields it says that registration was not possible due to technical problems . So I have approached the bank and submitted an application two weeks ago. No measures were taken to provide me with internet banking facilities.
I applied for a cheque book and the cheque book I got is also defective.
Due to the non availability of currency notes I have no other way to make my transactions.
