Complaint Details:
I have order a phone(OD107421700810035000 )from flipkart to gift it to my father on his birthday and get into a trouble after having it. The problem I have faced are mentioned below:
1)The phone is not working properly having there is some issue with touchscreen and there is also some heating issue.
2)When trying to return it back they(Flipkart) are saying there is no pick up available in my town now it is very annoying to me that if a company can deliver an item to place how come it cannot take the same item from the same place.
Okay no issue I have dispatched it to the flipkart office on my own expecting atleast now my issue will be resolved by the flipkart.
But I was wrong . During dispatching the item I have discussed with the customer care what more need to be done, they told only mentioning the Order Id and Address into the courier will resolve the issue .Hence I have dispatched the item as per instruction.
Now the scenerio is, flipkart is not accepting my item as return Id is not mentioned in it.
So please let me know what should I do to correct yous mistakes.and perhaps flipkart is not a digital e-commerce platform rather it is a digital harrasment platform which plays with people emotion and give a damn to consumer satisfaction .
