Complaint Details:
I was using clay in malaysia. I had a 4g plan activated on my card. The first 2 days it worked fine, but for the remaining trip i was on edge data. How is it that the 3g data plan that i was on, it got over and i was on edge services now. I called up their customer care and they said they don’t track data hence cant offer any details and if i want more data i will have to pay for the services. Pls tell me why the hell did i pay 1700 rs for initially if this is how u guys want to make more money.???
