Scam or fraud: Mahindra And Mahindra — Complain of your dealer P.B Auto Surat

Dear Sir
I have your mahindra duro it’s number 672 I was given my duro to your declear for repair under insurance that ask me to deposit amount for repairing of my duro than I give them deposit than they start my duro repairing after repairing as per rules they have claim my insurance company but instated of that they ask me to pay my duro repairing amount and told me that insurance amount will come in my account which is lesser than my paid amount and for remaining amount I was given them cheque of asking amount and that told me that I was given my duro back after cheque is pass I also agree them condition but after two days when my cheque is passed and I was to their service center for take my duro back they told me that today is bank holiday and thay don’t have any facility to check online account statement that my cheque is passed while I was showing tham my bank message that your cheque is passed but they don’t consider it and force me to get delivery after they verify in bank account please help me to get my duro back from your Surat service center .
