Complaint Details:
This is regarding my father-in-law’s sbi general health insurance policy. My father-in-laws suffered heart stroke 11 months after taking the policy. They refused to give claim by saying with in one year heart diseases and HTN not covered. After renewing the policy they are saying it is a pre-existing disease. Without giving proper reason how it is a pre-existing disease. I have sent a mail to gro@sbigeneral.in. but I didn’t recieve any response. I spoke to sbi general doctors prajakta and pranav shah. Now they don’t want to speak to me. I am not at all satisfied with sbi general.
I have complained same to IRDA on 18th Nov. Till now IRDA didn’t get any response from sbi general.
That’s how sbi grievance is working.
No respect to customers, they only need money from customers. They are behaving like dictators. They don’t want to listen to customers, Whatever that say we need to accept. That is not at all fair.
Please do the need full to me
