Scam or fraud: Apple India — Product malfunctioning

Complaint Details:
I bought my Ipad on 24 October 2014. It worked well for the first year when it was under warranty. But soon after that(around two months later), it started having a problem- ghost touching, as the users at the apple community site call it. The system starts acting erratically by itself, closing and launching random apps and basically making it very difficult to use.
Now for the past one year I have been to all the Apple service centers in Kochi multiple times. But nothing has been done so far. When I went to the service center, the guy at the desk told me that they only fix SOFTWARE issues, and checked for any. Then he told me that it was a hardware issue and they can do NOTHING about it. He gave me some “toll-free number” saying that I will have to lodge my complaint over there. He also mentioned that there is no repair of the products, but only replacement. Then after that I contacted the number given to me, the person who picked up the phone just kept beating the bush for one COMPLETE hour and finally told me that there is nothing they can do and I have to go to the service center again. Please do something about as soon as possible, as I really need help. Thank you. My ipad’s serial nuber is F7PMW24EFP84
