Complaint Details:
I tried to add Rs 350 in my paytm wallet on 21 Nov 2016 around 22:15, but while adding money the transaction failed .However the money was deduced from my bank account and didn’t show up in my paytm wallet.

I first tried to contact paytm through care@paytm.com but they didn’t help me much. Please refund my money to my paytm wallet as soon as possible.
