Complaint Details:
I am Michael from Australia.
I booked 4 nights accomodation at a hotel through online Stayzilla website on 11th October. Despite Stayzilla advertising the rooms online, they were not even available and the next day Stayzilla cancelled the booking. Stayzilla advised us that they initiated a refund to me but they have kept my money.
I have never received a refund.
I have called and emailed Stayzilla many times and each time they make an excuse but the money is not refunded to me.
I would like Stayzilla to do the honest thing and refund my money.
