This is the worst service experience I ever had. I placed an order through Dominos no. 68886888 at 8.30 pm and followed up with Dominos 3-4 times within a span of 1.5 hrs… I called up after half hr, he said delivery guy left and when I called after 1 hr he said that guy left only 10 mins back. After continous followup I finally decided I’ll prepare meal at home for myself and my parents at 10.30 pm after waiting for 2 hrs. Now when am giving feedback to Dominos asking them to provide my order free of charge they are just sending msg that hope our manager’s response is satisfactory while neither I rcvd a call nor resolution. Everytime I click button not satisfied they send another msg with same content as if to close their pending issues. Am pissed off ! Will never order from Dominos again and ask everyone of my team at work and my home not to order from this place. Pizza hut is far better in terms of service and quality.
