Dear Sir, I booked a E-ticket using my Axis bank credit card on 2/12/16. Due to slow internet connection or some other reason, my transaction could not be completed. But amount has been transfered from my account and IRCTC site showing that Payment has not been made. Please look in to the matter and refund the amount charged as the booking has failed due to non-transfer. Transaction amount :- 2143+2143(two Transactions) Transaction Date :- 2/12/16 Regards devang shah
