Complaint Details:
I purchased my lenovo laptop on 03 Dec 2015. 20 days ago I couldn’t see anything in my laptop but it was turned on. I took it to the lenovo center where they diagnosed it as “Dim display error”. My laptop is still covered under warranty till 03 Dec 2016. But they said that there is an issue with my warranty and that they would have to email the main lenovo office and get a clarification. I even contacted cloudtail to get a revised invoice for my laptop as my serial number was not reflecting in the invoice.
I have been constantly calling and emailing but there is no reply after that. They called me again one day and spoke about extending my warranty. I agreed. They told me that I would get an email. But I didnt get anything. Today is the last day of my warranty but still I am not able to reach them. No replies to my emails or calls. I have a travelling job so I cant visit the center.
It is not even one year since I got the laptop and I am facing this issue with my laptop and the customer service. Kindly replace the part or my laptop. I did not expect this from Lenovo.
