Complaint Details:
I am unable to return/replace my product “touch screen digitizer for htc desire 626g plus – white”. Have tried many times to reach the support team, and they gave me a solution to select the order & raise the return request from website. However, after uploading all the details (Product images, describing the problem, and clicking on replace request) there is no prompt appearing for successful request being raised and neither do i get the email confirmation for the request been raised. I am trying to contact the support through phone, sending chats, but no one seems to give me a solution for this.
