Sir,
We have purchased three I ball q81 tablet before 40 days from snap deal, but unfortunately all are not in working oder, so we return all three tablets on 22 oct 2016 in a single courier, after 7 days we received only one piece as replacement
Till date no balance two tablets received or refund. we have called many times to snap deal, but no proper reply received from them,
So kindly help us in this matter
