Complaint Details:
HDFC bank has debited an amount of INR 289 from my saving account as ISAQMC charges without my consent/awareness for any such service. The charge has been levied for quarter Oct-Dec 2016.
This is very unethical and unprofessional. HDFC bank has kept me in dark while deducting the charge for a service that I never took.
This is not only case with one account holder, the bank has done this with several others
