Dear sir/ma’am,
Hope you doing good. We have been charged excessively for data and none of our plans are as per what was offered to us. This is the issue faced in every bill we have received after joining airtel.
Rental plan :rs. 399 l2
I understood the capping mechanism airtel has. But for plans with rs. 299 and 399 we have been offered l2 plan by front line dsa in andheri, mumbai. I also have written mail confirmation from them. Refer below screenshot. We only ported from reliance under this condition because we had similar plan in reliance. Pertaining to negligence and bill value from airtel sides, i might have to port all my connections to reliance again.
Attached is my this month’s bill copy. It has all the numbers we are using and numbers charges against those numbers we have been charged extra in previous month also. Would request you to waiver all the unnecessary data charges levied on us until now.
Would request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action.
