Complaint Details:
PNR number [protected], the ticket is showing the amount is refunded to the bank Zaakpay pg however the amount is not yet refunded its not even processed kindly process the complaint as soon as possible so that the amount be refunded be transfered to me . The onus is on zaakpay pg which not only once but has failed the respect hundred of times while responding to complaints
