Scam or fraud: Tata Docomo — Bad network and worst customer complaint handling system

Complaint Details:
I am facing network problems with my WIFI since friday. The network
works ok for about 5-10 min and then again creatse problem. I had to shut
down and restart the device number of time and still the problem remained
same. Tried calling customer care number but could not connect to it.
Pl resolve asap before today evening.

I really want to close this connection as i am highly dis- satisfied by the service provided by you people. Firstly it took 4 days for the customer care personnel to call and talk to me for arranging engineer, then the the engineer assigned to me did not visit my place saying the area is not under the consigned personnel. Again a day went without solving the problem. in addition to this i had to make number of calls for updation.
KINDLY ARRANGE A PERSON TO TAKE OFF THE UNIT AND STOP MY CONNECTION. IT WOULD BE EASY FOR ME TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAN TO KEEP ON WAITING FOR ACTIONS FOR 6 DAYS
